The host made the experience smooth and fast and was quick to answer questions, however, whoever handled the cleaning did a very poor job. And this couldn't have been a one-off problem. There was the smell of cigarette smoke which I suspect is a lingering problem and also dust accumulation in a variety of places that had to be there for months. When we arrived there were sticky floors, cigarette butts in ashtrays, bedding that was not cleaned, cups with lipstick on them, and rugs that have not been washed or vacuumed. The structure of the house is also wearing out with lack of maintenance, and the mattresses are cheap uncomfortable springs. The amenities within the house are nice, comfortable chairs and couches, functional TV with an HDMI port to hook up the Xbox, there's a good amount of room in the house for hanging out together with friends. I feel like the house has a lot of untapped potential, but the negatives way down the enjoyment and comfort that could be had at this property. And if cleanliness is important to you, you might want to keep looking.
