Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

We had a wonderful stay at this Prescott property. The location is fantastic and is an easy walk to downtown and Whiskey Row, while still being a peaceful place to return after a long day or night. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect trip. We traveled as two couples, and the layout was ideal, with two king beds, and two bathrooms, which gave us plenty of space and privacy. The beds themselves were super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The outdoor fire pit was a nice place to connect with friends. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay again.

We were a group of four (2 couples) traveling to Prescott for a quick golf trip. This property was perfect for us. It is a charming home beautifully maintained, perfectly “stocked” for guests, and conveniently located for easy access to downtown Prescott. The hosts were timely and thorough with all communications. We absolutely would stay again should the need arise. THIS is how all hosts/owners should handle and manage VRBO rental properties!

We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. The home itself was extremely comfortable, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the upgrades. The improvements really elevate the space and make this charming house feel luxurious. Everything was well cared for and designed with guests in mind. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

The house is perfect. Hosts were wonderful! Perfect location 2 minute walk into square area, spotless, hosts provided everything you need for a great stay from towels, shampoo & soap in the bathroom to full kitchen of pots, pans, knives, cutting board, and even seasonings & coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again ~ Thank you!

This home is wonderful! Just a couple of blocks from the courthouse so we walked to everything. The house is very clean and has a great porch to hang out on. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Great location and nice place to stay

I stayed here with a co-worker because we had business for a week in Prescott. The house is in an excellent location, the parking is easy, and the house was clean and comfortable for us to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in Prescott.

Perfect get away! Great location to restaurants downtown. Place is very very clean and thoughtful design. Bed and bedding is cozy and comfortable. Loved the porch swing.

So charming & great location

This house was so cute and charming and the location was perfect, being only 2 blocks from Whiskey Row. It was located on a quiet street with minimal traffic which was very nice. The house had everything we needed, and everything worked as it should. Would definitely book again.
