We loved staying at this home! The location is GREAT! We were very close to many different shops and restaurants and could walk pretty much everywhere! It was very clean and perfect for our family vacation with our young children.

Location location location!! In addition, the host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The check in/check out process was a breeze, and the home was very clean and well-appointed. All of this plus so much more made it a most memorable vacation for our family.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. It was exceptionally clean—probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve stayed in—and everything in the house was in excellent working order, which I really appreciated.The home was very well furnished and thoughtfully outfitted, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking in the driveway. We also really enjoyed the outdoor living space. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable, with restaurants, shops, and other conveniences nearby.The property management company was excellent as well—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay.Overall, this was a very comfortable, well-maintained home in a great location, and I would happily stay here again.

We loved our visit to La Jolla & our stay at Draper Paradise. The host was very friendly & communicative & answered any questions promptly. The house was adorable, just as shown and in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere to stores & restaurants. The only negative I can think of was there were no closets in two of the (lovely) bedrooms. This was rather awkward & I think it could be easily rectified with inexpensive clothing racks. However, there were large dressers in all the bedrooms for folded clothes. The linens on the beds were wonderful & the beds were so comfortable!The kitchen was modern & bright with everything you could possiblyneed & the living area was spacious with a huge sectional. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend it.

Great home and location

Perfect location for our family vacation. Home had everything we needed and was walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, a convenience store and the grocery store.

We had a great time in La Jolla and so glad we selected this property for our stay of the many choices available. It was centrally located to many great restaurants, close to the beach and within walking distance of La Jolla Village. The yard was also perfect for our four legged friends. The property manager was great. They proactively communicated, were very responsive and had a cool digital app to process and track the property information. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

Excellent home in a great location. Easy communication with the host. My family really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others. The Master BR is beautiful and includes a deck with a view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining room, living room area downstairs was large enough and great for spending time together. There is a nice table and chairs set up on the side porch too. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the BBQ and lounging area in the backyard. I guess we'll have to return.

Spacious home away your home

Location of this house is very central and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We were in the area for a wedding. Great place for 2 or 3 families to get together.

Nice large walkabe home in La Jolla

Great family get away. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Very nice house with nice furnishings. Plenty of room for us all with nice kitchen and outside b-b-q.

Perfect for our stay!

Walking distance to grocery, great restaurants and La Jolla cove which was great for when we were tired at the end of the day. Perfect location for enjoying San Diego! No board games but we were enjoying the city too much to care!

Perfect house and location!

The house and yard are amazing! Half mile from the beach and walking to downtown, shopping and restaurants. It is really a perfect house and gathering place! Park the car and enjoy!

Family time is the best time

Amazing ! Beautiful town beautiful house beautiful people, beautiful beaches couldn’t have been a better trip food all around fantastic. Walked everywhere to eat got in our steps just felt like a breath of fresh air every morning waking up energized by the vibe of this wonderful home!
