I paid for this property more than 6 months in advance. There was no host communication AT ALL. No pre-travel email with the key code to access the property. After 3 messages to her in the app, a voice mail to the number the customer service gave me, and an assurance from an agent that I would hear from her the next morning, I still have not heard from her.The property was NOT as advertised. We paid for a 3 bdrm 2 bath, however access to the master bdrm & bath was denied to us as it was padlocked with a hasp and key lock. DO NOT TRUST HER FOR ANY HOST DUTIES, TO GIVE YOU ACCESS, OR TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I had to contact customer service agents through the app several times. The agents were the ones who let me in, and assured me that she would contact me, and that I made a complaint to. Today almost 2 weeks later, she still has not tried to make any contact with me. VRBO issued me a 100 refund (roughly 54%).
