Entrance & Access Information

All guests must enter through the Monroe Street gate. Your name will be added to the guest list with the guard gate prior to check-in for smooth entry.

You’ll have full access to the house and private casita, with the exception of the garage, reserved for owner storage.

Enjoy community pools, gym access, two driveways, and ample off-street parking. Conveniently located right across from Empire Polo Grounds.

► While we adore furry friends, pets are not allowed at this property to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and recommend booking elsewhere if you’re traveling with pets.

Parking Rules

► Max of 3 cars allowed (2 in main driveway, 1 in alternate driveway).
► No overnight street parking, per HOA rules. Violations result in a $200 fine and possible towing.
► Garage is not accessible to guests.

Noise & Quiet Hours

► Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
► Low-volume music is allowed until 10 PM; after that, all music must be turned off.
► No loud parties or disruptive behavior.
► Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

► Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a $25 per hour fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. Kindly check with us in advance to confirm availability.

Guest & Visitor Limit

► Max of 6 overnight adult guests (children not included).
► Day visitors allowed, but total cannot exceed 8 adults.
► No parties or events.
► We kindly ask that all adult guests staying overnight provide their full names prior to check-in.

We chose this neighborhood because of the security, having a golf course, pools, tennis courts, and also it's proximity to La Quinta and a lot more amazing golf.

What makes our property unique is that we actually use our property and designed it to accommodate our toddler son and us. And we thought about elements to add that our GUESTS would love, as if we were welcoming them into our home and wanted them to feel at home.
