The property features 3.5 bathrooms, as well as additional spaces like a cozy TV room (separate from the Living room) and a gas fire place, Dining room that seats 6 and kitchen nook. Drink your coffee on the expansive front porch and kids can play in the fenced back yard bordering Rehoboth farm. You will enjoy the expansive front yard views as you visit with your guest. Experience nearby Yatesville Lake, Eagle Ridge Golf Course both less than 15 minutes away and visit small town stores and coffee shops in Louisa, The Garden Theater, and all that Louisa has to offer with a comfortable stay at our fabulous house. Ride your off road recreation vehicle in the well known Hatfield and McCoy Trails with over 1000 miles of winding road and backwoods full of adventure. The Cabwaylingo Trail Head in the Cabwaylingo State Forest (Wiilsondale WV entrance) is 45 minutes from our home. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very beautiful and fit our family very comfortably. The beds were comfortable and they had many options on where to sleep. It was very quiet and serene. Would definitely recommend for a large family.

Highly accommodating property for our large group of 8 friends/golfer! More than enough beds for grown men, and bathrooms. Kitchen area and tv area were good for gathering without feeling cramped. Porch was the winner at night for gather too. Thank u!

Perfect for our family of 7

We came to Kentucky for the Rock The Country concert in Ashland. Although it was a little bit of a drive to Ashland, the house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The house is an older farm house and even though it needs some updating and maintenance, it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. It has everything you could need and more. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Graduation

There were 4 families that traveled from several states for a high school graduation. This home lived up to description in the listing and so much more. We had plenty of space and everyone had a very comfortable bed to sleep in. The view from this farmhouse was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and visiting and the kids loved rolling down the hill in the front. We were able to have several family meals with plenty of room around the table. The kids found the toys and were entertained as well.
