This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an open and spacious living and dining room area, a fully stocked and beautifully updated kitchen with granite counter tops, lovely décor with tasteful colors, tile and wood flooring throughout as well as a lovely balcony right off of the living room. Each condo has 2 balconies for use, 1 off the Master bedroom and the other overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! This location is perfect for a family getaway as there is a park in the front of the property and a pool and the beach in back! Unit #3 is 2 flights of stairs up and on the south corner. Come and play on our beaches today!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally non smoking property. There is no elevator at this location, only stairs for access. This property does allow for shorter stays at certain times of the year. Please contact us for more details.

Sunset Villas is a unique and adorable beachfront property in Redington Shores. This location has 4 different 2-bedroom, 2 bath units with each having a semi private beachfront balcony from the living room area as well as a private balcony off the front of the condo. Each condo has a comfortable beach décor throughout, individual washer and dryer for use, onsite parking and each sleeping up to 5 guests. Onsite is a heated - private pool, direct beach access, playground area across the street for the kids, charcoal grill and patio area for those evening cookouts along with everything else that you need for a truly memorable beach vacation

The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. Best location

We’ve been coming to Redington Shores for about 5 years now. This place was by far our favorite! Right on the beach and the perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony view was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back here.

The location, view, etc is perfect! There were no chairs or umbrellas in unit 3- but I did buy and leave 2 chairs and an umbrella. The condo was clean and nice. There are not TV’s in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed which was comfortable. Overall we had a great time and loved the pool and beach setup!

What we wanted and needed!!

My family wanted a stay ON the beach! We got just that! Location was perfect! Although not a private beach, it was like a private beach. Walk right out to the beach and set up our things from sunrise to sunsets- PERFECT!! The property was clean and comfy. We will be staying here again for our next Florida trip.

Over all it was good though I wasn’t happy to have to bring keys back to officeMaybe have a Dropbox at the property it was very inconvenient to drop keys off and catch a flight first thing in morning Maybe put that in listing before people book/pay for the place

Relaxing time!

Great location, pool was wonderful. The condo is a little dated, bathrooms could use an update. The furniture in the living room was pretty stained/dirty....I put towels down before I sat on the coach and chair. The master bed was very comfortable, would have loved a T.V. in the room. The view was wonderful, location was great, we had a relaxing time. Check out Friendlys Tavern, you can walk to from the condo, good food and drinks! Beach Pizza was good too!

The description said no smoking in the condos no mention that there was no smoking on the balcony or property at all. It was check in time before I received a text saying that it was a 100% smoke free property was not happy

We found the home to be very beautiful, comforting and in a great location on the beach. I do believe that it would be easier if you had a key pick up lockbox on site of the property to pick up and drop off. It is a pain in the rear to have to drive all the way and find the place to pick keys up especially when you arrive after hours in the dark and do not know the area. Otherwise it was beautiful and we had a great time, thank you.

I'd love to give the place a full 5 stars for everything but a few amenities could use some updates. BBQ grill needs cleaning and a place to dispose of ash. Washer is small for large items like beach towels. Living room furniture is well worn. All in all this place was wonderful!!!

Condo needs a little updating and a thorough cleaning. We don’t rent a car so it was very inconvenient to pick up and drop off keys. The washer had a leak and our ice maker didn’t work. The outside was broken and a gas grill would’ve been better The couch and chair in living room needs replaced along with the outdoor furniture cushions. We did not have top sheets in the twin bedroom. I would still highly recommend this property and would definitely come back!!

Nice beachfront rental

The condo is as advertised. Right in redington beach - quiet community in the st Petersburg area. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. A couple of notes - the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was lovely although the balcony is shared with the condo next door. It wasn't a problem for us since we were the only occupants this weekend but could be an issue with rowdy neighbors. The kitchen was sparsely provisioned - incomplete sets of dinnerware, silverware, etc. many were chipped and all were well used. There were Minimal cooking utensils and pots - most are well used and could do with being replaced. Linens and towels were provided but no beach towels were included. Checkin/out was cumbersome. Had to travel 20 minutes south to the rental office. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why electronic locks can't be provided. Overall nice property and location. We would rent again.

Thank you Tracy for reviewing your stay at Sunset Villas 3. Glad you found the condo as advertised and right on the beach. We apologize the kitchen was sparsely supplied. We will have the property manager check the supply. Yes, the check in and out will change with the opening of another office closer to the property we hope in the near future to have available. We hope you relaxed and had beach time. We look forward to your future stay.
