VĂ€lkommen till socker vita sanden. Toppmötet Ă€r den plats! Condo ON The Beach! Vecka uthyrning tillgĂ€nglig. Du mĂ„ste vara 23 för att boka. Jag bokar in minst 5 nĂ€tter. Incheckning Ă€r endast pĂ„ lördag.

Denna enhet har en ny skönhetsmadrass, stor tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, ny matta, nya köksskÄpsdörrar i dec 2017. Ny chandilier. Jag DONT har nya bilder Àn.

Nice for the price

The condo was a little out dated but was sufficient for the price. It was nice overall. The view was great from the balcony. Only complaint, it’s right above the pool & at night there are really bright lights around the pool that shine into the condo & also diminish the view of the ocean at night. We also encountered some roaches in the condo.

Fall vacation

Loved the location and the room was great. The couch and recliner needs replacing and we had to buy batteries for the remote. All in all it was a good stay

Nice unit, beautiful beach view

Long weekend was great. Plenty of room, clean and convenient location. Pool was very nice and love that chairs and umbrella were included! Owner very responsive to any questions!

Nice stay

The complex is very nice, great tiki bar and onsite places to eat. Was a bummer chair service was included and they were taking them up for the season when we arrived. So we were unprepared and had to go buy chairs and umbrella but otherwise the bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a great view

Girls trip

Place was nice except little musty and we found a dirty pot (spaghetti) in cabinet and kitchen floor looked clean but when we wiped up some water it was dirty. Towels smell musty also. Need new batteries in tv remote. Parking and armbands were supposed to be 20 was charged 27. Otherwise we enjoyed the view The lights around pool at night shining at the rooms not so much but understand the reasoning.maybe could be adjusted differently so it’s not in your room.

Anazing views and accommodations

The condo is amazing. The view, close proximity to the beach and location in Panama City are great. We liked the bunk beds in the hall, great for our two girls. Jamie was very responsive and helpful.

Great condo with an amazing view

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. An extra bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owner. The balcony was great with plenty of chairs and there was a nice view of the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time!

Very clean , perfect location and definitely worth the money!

We have stayed other places but this will definitely be our go to from now on!!! Loved the location of the unit, easy to communicate with owner and clean condo with all the amenities we needed! I can’t wait to book for next year! THANK YOU for a much needed vacation for this nurse and my family after this past year of ups and downs with Covid! We definitely needed and enjoyed your place!

Love the beach

We have stayed at the Summit more times than I can count. This was the best condo of all. It is clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. All appliances work great. We hope to return. Thanks Dorothy!

The View

The property was as described. The view from the balcony was a highlight. The beach is right there, and chairs and umbrella were easy to access. The property was clean and everything you would need is there in the condo. Definitely will return.

Convenient and Fun

This was our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. We haven't been to PCB in years but decided to go for spring break. The room was clean and the perfect space for our family. One elevator was being worked on so we took the stairs which was fine since we were on 4th floor. Amenities were great. Location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great stay!

Needed to press the reset button so I found this place and figured it was perfect for my getaway. Balcony views were awesome and catching sight of dolphins was a highlight. Listing was correct on the amenities. The crockpot/slow cooker made for easy meal plans. Definitely happy for the coffee maker. Not a coffee drinker myself but I know that without it's presence for my friend I'd not be writing this now.

The place was very clean and it was convenient and close toamy attractions. And the owner was very nice and texted me back right away on anything I had a question about. The only issue I had was the tiles in the hallway was raised a lot but she returned my message as soon as she could. And told me she would have maintenance look at it. So I definitely will be staying again.

Nice place to stay

The location is wonderful. The beach was great. The property never had elevators working properly. There were 3 adults and 2 kids and the place looks way bigger in the pics. The way the bathrooms are laid out is a royal pain. (Like a Jack and Jill). The decor was really nice. The owner has everything there you could need. EXCEPT hand soap and toilet paper. 😏 Be sure to bring some! It would have been a nice touch to have that provided. We would go again!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The tiki bar is great. The summit is self contained and has an on site restaurant, store and is so close to Walmart! We have a game room, ice cream parlor and so much more. I like that I can see the ocean from any of our units. Most popular spring break place to STAY!!
