We did not like the location- and building. felt a little run down. Elevator smelled like smoke each time we got in. The pool was not at all what we expected m, not relaxing and the beach was just ok. We went down to watch the sunset two nights by the pool sitting area and had people smoking around us both nights. Sadly- Was disgusting to be sitting outside and have to smell cigars and cigarettes. Felt very ā€œlow rentā€ to me. We would not come back and went to other locations to enjoy the beach. We stayed somewhere else for less the week before and it was much nicer. It wasnā€™t Smokey smelling and old. Disappointed in St Pete's Beach in general.

Great Beach Stay

Good place to stay. Some things we particularly liked:1) Walkability: Could walk to at least 10 restaurants, some shopping, coffee, ice cream2) Beach Access - so quick and easy and beach was nice and clean. 3) Pool was nice and warm4) we didn't use them - but nice propane grills available for use, and a couple cabana type sitting areas near the beach that are first come first serveThey also have some beach toys on the patio - just FYI for people traveling with little kidsCouple other notes: -The pictures of the bedrooms and pool area make it look a little bigger than it is. -I was particularly traveling with teens - and there were very few kids their age out and about. More older people and people with small kids. We were there in April over Spring Break. -Parking can be a little hard - some of the spots are hard to maneuver in especially if you have a big car. Although I think it was worse on the weekends as this is next to a public beach access and I think general public was parking at the condo

Amazing views

We book this hoping with amazing views of the beach. It didnā€™t disappoint! With a short walk down to the beach we spent every day at the beach. It was chilly and rainy a couple days of our stay but we could still stand at our window and watch the waves come rolling in.The size inside the condo was perfect for us.

After Rough check in due to my not so great online skills.. it was a great spot prob family of 5 or 6 would love this spot. Not only great pool but also right on the beach. Restaurants and groceries near by. Everyone on site super helpful and nice.I was able to get extra night which was awesome. Would def stay again.. Thank you

Great place!

Location was great and the rooms were clean. Decorated very cute! Our son loved having a pool on site too. Would stay there again. The only, only downside would be that you have to stop at their offsite office to get grounds keys that we never used and then had to return them before we left. Other than that very small inconvenience, everything was great!

Vacay in St Pete

The condo is decorated very cute. Response time from property manager was excellent. Located within walking distances of several nice restaurants and bars. My teens lioved the location. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is misshapen with a big hump in the middle so u feel like youā€™re going to slide off of it. My husband has back issues and couldnā€™t sleep on it. The couches are visibly dirty and smell like body odor. Condo is on a public beach so know that it will get crowded. My mistake but I didnā€™t notice that there is only coin laundry down the hall from the condo.If the couches were cleaned and the mattress replaced then I would give it 4 stars!

Wonderful condo near the beach.

This is a cute condo in a prime location. Very well built ( couldnā€™t hear our neighbors or people on the beach). The condo itself had not been cleaned or just very superficially(crumbs on the coffee table, dirty shower, dirty dishes and the floors were filthy.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location!

The condo is so beautiful! Very well appointed and has just about anything you need. Great location within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and bars! The beach is stunning and had great snorkeling just off the condo. Only issues were the management company is not easily contacted and no one works on Sundays. So I highly recommend checking in on any day other than Sunday. Our main issue was the AC. We did not sleep much because it was so warm in the unit. Had the AC worked well, it would have been a perfect condo!

The condo was very clean, very roomy and well decorated. All lamps were unplugged when we arrived. Hand soaps were very tiny thin discs. Lovely beach view.

The Caprice property is beautiful. The beach view is spectacular. The condo was nice and the location is great. Our balcony was a side view of the ocean and was fairly private. There was a lot of furniture for the space.

This was our second time at this building, first time in this unit. The unit was cute, clean, and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. We were disappointed with the balcony- small and on the side of the building. But loved that there were beach chairs available. Check in and check out were super easy. Beach is beautiful and sunsets are AMAZING.

Perfect location with fantastic views of beach and water. Was able to totally disconnect, we didnā€™t need to drive anywhere! Great restaurants nearby and, the beach, it was absolutely perfect. Already planning next yearā€™s trip.

Good location

Wish the AC would have worked better. Put the temp at 72-74. The coolest it ever got was 75. Had no Kleenex or napkins only two trash bags for 5 days and no salt or pepper or other condiments. And found a huge bug in the bathroom the last day.

Great location. Cute touches. Tight space.

This place is in a great location and easy to get to the beach. We had a wonderful time there. The owner has added some of the cutest touches to personalize the rental. It makes you smile. There were a couple issues that I believe they will be addressing quickly, so nothing to worry about there. The thing to watch for is that if you are going to be taking 6 grown people, there is too much furniture for you to get around the rental. We are a family of 6 with small kids and everywhere we walked, it was a one-way road. Also, if you travel with much luggage, the amount of furniture will hinder you from opening your suitcases in logical places. Out of respect, we never use the bed for opening suitcases. We had to get creative, and we only traveled with carry-on sized luggage. This didnā€™t necessarily hinder our travel, it is simply something to consider if you travel with significant luggage. The place could be just as effective with far less/smaller furniture/decor.
