Florida hide-away, close to everything. Comfortable for 2 people

Suzette was a delightful hostess. The unit is much better than staying in a hotel room as there is plenty of space to spread out. The furniture is cozy and comfortable. You are very close to the beach, and a number of very good restaurants. Perfectly located if you are visiting some one at Holy Cross Hospital.

Good experience

We stayed there for two months, plenty of room, good appliances (brand new dishwasher and smart tv). Excellent location for our needs, quiet, safe neighborhood. Suzette was very responsive to our needs; other than cosmetic touch ups, the place is very accommodating, and would stay there again.

Slightly over one month stay

I stayed at this property for a little over a month for work and was very pleased with the accommodations. The space I got was really nice and large for the price which I appreciated. Additionally, add ons such as the furnished kitchen made living here for a more prolonged period of time rather easy. The property manager was very easy to work with and helped me out whenever I had troubles with anything. It’s also worth noting that while I was staying here a really big storm came through that caused a lot of flooding damage, but this property remained unscathed which I was very pleased with.

Manque d'amour

Le principal problème est au niveau de la sécurité, le detecteur de fumée était sur une tablette dans le garde robe de la chambre non fonctionnel. L'extincteur était à l'extérieur du côté de la porte du duplex d'a côté qui est habité par la propriétaire. Dans la description il est écrit "buanderie" je ne pensais pas que je devais me déplacer dans un landromate. Il est écris lit "extrêmement" confortable alors que le lit creuse du milieu. Toute les pièces sont très grandes mais c'est un duplex qui manque beaucoup d'amour, de clartés et du nettoyage.

Great weather

The location was very convenient to the beach and other places. The property was exactly as advertised. Great option for a winter get away. Suzette was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Great location! 1.5 miles to the beach, close to anything and everything. Quiet neighborhood, feel very safe as a solo female traveler. Nice that you can park right outside your door.

Excellent Location and Host

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath in a great neighborhood, very close to the beach and a short distance from tons of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, golfing, casino, etc. etc. The unit is completely stocked with all the bedding, bath and kitchen items that you should need. Cable TV and very fast internet are included. Another big advantage of staying here is the off street parking. Suzette is an excellent host who goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need!

Had a great time visiting Ft. Lauderdale. We booked her bedroom suite in June and loved it – now we booked her 1 bedroom apt – loved the fact that I could cook some of our meals in her well equipped kitchen. Homemade waffles for breakfast. Can’t get any better than that. Really enjoyed our daily walk to the Lauderdale by the sea beach (less than a mile away) and everything else is so close - grocery stores (Publix and Whole Foods were my favorites), restaurants, shopping. Parking right outside our door. Safe and secure and at such a great price. We loved this place and will be back again soon. Location 5 Stars – Parking 5 stars – Apartment 5 Stars – Price 5 Stars

It is a perfect location, charming residential neighborhood. Being an avid cook the kitchen is very well equipped. You can save hundreds of dollars eating some of your meals at home. There are many restaurants close by.....Mom's Kitchen is a delightful local breakfast/lunch spot a few blocks away and there are many high end spots for fine dining and great night life.

What makes this property unique

the most often comment I get on this rental is the immaculate condition and what a GR8 residential area, near everything.....
