Welcome to our cozy retreat, a perfect getaway for smaller groups who want both relaxation and adventure, all in one place! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park right behind the house, you'll have direct access to outdoor activities and endless fun. There's Parkside Views, Pickleball, Fishing, and a cozy fireplace after a day of skiing! Very close to downtown. 15 min to Beaver Mt. Room to back a trailer in. YOU GET ~.1/2 OF THE HOUSE BUT NOBODY ELSE IS THERE.
The whole house is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. HOWEVER, this listing is just for the master bedroom, master bathroom, the living spaces and one hall bathroom. If you use any of the other rooms there will be an added charge. The whole house is still yours. This is to create a more affordable option for our ski friends and smaller groups.
