SLT Inicio Privada de Playa, Piscina y Heavenly Ski Resort

¡Nuestra acogedora y rústica casa (completa con vigas de techos de leña) es tu escapada perfecta a Sierra! La casa de la ciudad de dos niveles tiene todas las comodidades del hogar.

El nivel principal tenía una sala de estar relajante con TV de pantalla plana y cable. El televisor también tiene una entrada HDMI.

¡Este nivel también tiene una gran cocina equipada con utensilios de cocina y platos esenciales, perfecta para cocinar una comida casera o hacer un poco de chocolate caliente! Fuera de la cocina está el comedor.

En el nivel inferior de la casa hay dos dormitorios amplios. El primer dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama tamaño king y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño queen y una cama matrimonial para acomodar hasta 4 personas.

Por encima de la sala de estar es el dormitorio loft. El corto tramo de escaleras lo lleva al desván, donde hay dos cómodas camas individuales.

Con respecto al WiFi, hay wifi gratuito disponible, pero debe llamar a la recepción para solicitar el código de wifi, ya que lo cambian mensualmente.

Acceso a piscina, jacuzzi, gimnasio, parque infantil y playa privada.

Plazas de aparcamiento disponibles para dos coches.

Lakeland Village tiene lo mejor que ofrecer! Tienes acceso privado a dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis, playa privada, alquiler de kayak y remo de pádel, canchas de tenis en el lago, parrillas y fogatas (¡ideal para s'mores!).

También estamos ubicados a menos de 5 minutos de Heavenly Ski Resort y Stateline, donde se encuentran los casinos como Harris Lake Tahoe.

Nuestra casa también está a poca distancia de restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias.

Perfect location.

This is in the middle of everything you’d want to do in South Lake Tahoe. It’s on the Main Street of Lake Tahoe Blvd, but is set back far enough that you feel like you’re in a less populated area. Bonus, it has its own beach, pier, 2 pools, gym. No full lake view, but it’s quieter than the townhomes on the beach; less expensive too. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and many other businesses.

Reviewer Comments: Location was very good. general area was very clean. inside the cabin was very clean and comfortable with few issues:1- one of the queen bed matresses on the first floor was completely out of shape and old that has to be replace. the person using it fell down to the floor in the middle of the night.2- coffee maker needs to be replaced with a better quality. it is old and dripping.3-both restrooms are on the first floor and it is quite a travel for those sleeping in the loft in the middle of the night.All other things were very good.

Convenient, clean property. Comfortable beds, pillows. Downside was only one full bath (plus one half bath). Could be a problem with a larger group. I didn’t care for main floor on second floor with going down stairs to use bathroom. Had a guest that stairs are a little difficult so that was a hard. I should have looked closer and maybe figured that out in advance. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Rest of house a bit dated but it was very clean, comfortable and it all worked out fine!

The location was excellent

Nice location, literally steps from the lake, enjoyed both swimming pools and hot tubs. Reached out to get assistance with working tv’s in bedrooms. The property manager communicated back one time but truly did not know how to fix the connection problem, so no TV access in the bedrooms. The refrigerator did not get very cold, and the oven is dated. It’s all about the location here which is excellent.

Very cozy with perfect location

We travel for the weekend to heavenly ski and this location was perfect The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you can think of. My 3yo loved playing with the kids wood kitchen which kept her busy. The managers were amazing and communicate with us for anything we needed. I recommend.

Disappointed

I was notified 2 days before arrival that the microwave was not working and could not be replaced for 2 weeks. In my mind, purchasing a $40 countertop microwave for your guests until the replacement arrives would be a simple solution. I was told by the property manager that the owner was out of the country, but they would reach out and let me know. I did not hear back after multiple follow up emails so I asked if they were willing to compensate us for not having a full kitchen as described when we rented the condo. I received the same excuse that the owner was out of the country. Almost 3 weeks later and 3 follow up emails, I have heard nothing. Upon arrival to the property at 4:15pm, I had not received check in information and had to make 2 phone calls to get it. The condo was fine. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and very old appliances. The heating unit in a closet off of the kitchen, next to the dinning room table was very noisy. Positive feedback - Washer and drier with laundry soap provided. Bedrooms were clean and cozy Bathroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. I won’t stay here again.

Excellent vacation place

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this property. Location is great - just a minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped and communication with the property manager was generally easy and quick (aside from a couple minor issues). Highly recommend.

Convenient Location

Pretty short walk to the beach. Close to shopping and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Good shower and towels. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied to make meals at home.
