Yes, but the vacumn didn't work and they didn't seem to care. The bed seemed like a double and not a queen. We couldn't sleep the whole trip and couldn't wait to leave just to be honest.

The closeness to transportation to downtown along with being a quiet neighborhood were the best things. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. A few minor issues mainly the portable air conditioner could not cool down the whole apartment, no air circulation in the bedroom. The second bath is only a half bath and the second bed is in the hallway, slightly awkward. But overall it was a nice stay.

The property was clean and convenient to downtown. The instructions for entry into the building were not clear. During the day, access was easy and there were no problems. We were locked out of the building at night. We were not told that the outer doors locked at 8pm and there would be no access to the code box without a key. The first time we called the host and were told we would have to wait until someone came in or out of the building to get into the building. This was at 10 pm. It was disappointing that no other help was given and that we were left in the street waiting for someone to leave or enter the building. There was a key fob on the counter with no instructions. We thought it was for the garage but were told to park on the street so we didn't bring the fob with us the first night. Even when we brought the fob after that, it did not open the outer doors. We had to wait for a car to go into the garage, run in behind it and ask strangers to unlock the stairwell door in it to enter our floor each time.

Pretty on the surface
Booked well in advance loved the location,extra bed, Keurig, dishwasher,laundry and full kitchen would meet our needs.Check in info was emailed to us. Details included how to get in the building-code, as well as a code given to unlock the door to the unit. Prob starts hereCode to unit door was incorrect. Had to call property managers for assistance. Took an additional 20min to get the proper code to work Post dinner tried to park in the underground parking-which we was advertised in the VRBO ad. No details on how to get in to the garage.Street parking it is. Same night mattress fell off the frame and laid at an angle and was unfixable. Looked and saw that it was previously broken and someone had used plywood pieces to hold it together-none of secured down, allowing the mattress to fall. Did our best to sleep and my husband slept in the xtra bed. The next morning tried making coffee in the advertised Keurig pod system-didn’t work. We had specifically bought pods to use for this system. After many attempts including moving to a different outlet, we gave up and went to Timmies for breakfast.Again,chose this property for amenities I called Prop Mgr again to express the problems. She stated she would have a main. man fix things. he came and fixed bed but no coffee maker.called again-told one would be del that evening. It was but not a Keurig! Standard pot. No coffee again. Back to Tim’sThat night check out info came-detailed underground park instr. reached out-no answer
