Escape to this lakefront retreat, ideal for family gatherings and entertaining guests. The main level's open floor plan integrates the kitchen, living, and dining area. Expansive windows frame great views of Lake Martin! Upstairs, a spacious master suite awaits alongside a guest bedroom and bathroom. The finished basement offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, and a bunk room that sleeps 8! Quiet slough and great outdoor entertaining areas! Fire pit, pavilion with TVs and grill area, spacious balcony and patio, and more!

You are welcome to bring your own boat. If you need to rent one, there are many rental options on Lake Martin!

NOTE: Water levels drop from mid-October to mid-March, and our dock is not accessible by boat. These dates vary from year to year. Water level information can be found by downloading the "Shorelines" app.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used towels can be placed in the bathtub or on the bathroom floor.
Please put all floats under the pavilion, put fire pit cover on, and turn off all outdoor lights.
Please take kitchen trash bags to the dumpster, which is on the left after exiting the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters are prohibited from using any boats on property but are welcome to bring or rent one. Please use the "Shorelines" app to check water levels.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The kids nicknamed the basement “the kids hideout” and lobed every minute of it. The hosts had so many outdoor activities which made for a great early fall / outdoor weekend.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Every detail has clearly been considered—from the cleanliness and décor to the fully stocked amenities that made our stay effortless.The location on the water is stunning. We spent so much time enjoying the peaceful views, relaxing by the lake, and making memories as a family. Whether it was early mornings with coffee overlooking the water or evenings winding down together, it truly felt like a special getaway.What made the experience even better was how welcoming and accommodating everything felt. The home had plenty of space for everyone, and it was the perfect setting for quality time together, something we will always treasure.This trip meant a lot to our family, and this home played a huge part in making it so memorable. We are already hoping to return in the future and would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-equipped place to stay.
