Hot tub on the second story deck, BBQ station on the lower deck, Nespresso machine and pods, and a QED Uneekor golf simulator is also on the property that can be rented for $25 per hour not per person 4 people can play at a time. A block away from Little Lake and Rogers Cove, walking distance to downtown, 2 blocks away from the new Canadian Canoe museum and Beavermead Provincial Park. A 2 minute drive to the 115 highway. There is a basement apartment but is not attached to the rental place.
