Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 nights with my wife, son, and our two dogs. Comfortable, quiet, well maintained.

Great, spacious rental near Pagosa Lake. We loved the location and use of kayaks! The lake community is so peaceful and gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a beautiful location, excellent for walking and biking. The neighborhood is quiet. Inside, the furniture is comfortable and up to date. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked. The manager responded within 24 hours to a minor maintenance issue. We did not find the house comfortable for sleeping. There are no blackout curtains, so we were disturbed by a neighbor's outdoor lights (on all night long) and the early sunrise. The owner provides hard foam pillows, and we found the mattress uncomfortable. I recommend that you bring a down pillow and sleep shades.
