New house all furnished with total security, privacy. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and accessories. House with deck overlooking the lakes and the common areas of the condominium, such as beach soccer court, gymnasium, forest trails and playground. The living room has a TV with over 80 channels, a fireplace and a dining room. There are 3 bedrooms, one suite and accommodation for up to 10 people.

Ótimo condomínio e localização

Gostamos bastante da estadia na casa do Marcello. A localização da casa é boa e o condomínio é bem gostoso. O Marcello passou dicas do que fazer e de alimentação o que foi bastante útil. E a casa possui toda a infraestrutura necessária para uma boa acomodação. Minhas únicas sugestões: investir em um piso antiderrapante no caminho que sai pra a rua do lago, pois fica muito liso com a chuva. E dado a chuva também, foi mais difícil Tirar o carro da garagem.

Ficamos 1 semana na casa e gostamos muito da estadia. Ela tem espaços bem distribuídos e uma área externa bem gostosa (combo deck + piscina + redes). A cozinha é bem equipada e o sofá da sala é perfeito para um descanso pós almoço.

A minha estadia na casa com minha família foi muito agradável. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, tudo bem conservado e com todos os utensílios necessários. O proprietário da casa e o caseiro são muito solícitos e prestativos. Fiquei 4 dias com minha família e adoramos tudo! O condomínio em que a casa fica é bem grande, tem lago para pesca, área para as crianças brincarem, e a casa fica bem em frente a tudo isso. Além disso dentro do condomínio existe um mirante onde é possível observar o por do sol. pretendemos voltar mais vezes!
