Master Bedroom - large bedroom with king bed with attached 1-1/2 bath. Has a large dresser, closet and night stands on both sides of the bed,

Bedroom 2 - queen bed with night stands on both sides, dresser, closet.

Bedroom 3 - triple bunk bed, closet and small dresser.

Bathroom 1 - 1-1/2 bath attached to the Master Bedroom .

Bathroom 2 - full bath, located in the hallway.

Living Area - has a reclining couch and reclining chair, 50-inch Smart TV with Roku stick.

Kitchen - well-stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove.

The neighborhood:

The house boarders a commercial zone and there are some 1-story warehouse buildings to the north (front side of the house) several hundred feet away. On the other sides, there are 1 and 2-story apartments shielded by vegetation on the fence lines on the west side of the house and behind it.

We had a very good week in Columbia at this property. It was clean, quiet, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were great communicators, the location worked well for us, and the price couldn’t be beat. I would stay here again.

Nicely decorated rooms, recently updated. Quiet, out of the way location on the North side of Columbia. A few blocks from lots of dining options and just a short drive to downtown. Will look to stay here again when we come down next year.

A welcoming home

We had a great stay here. It was close to all we needed it to be. I was working at the MU Hospital and back and forth was about 10 minutes. Comfortable bed, homey living spaces.

Wonderful little place!

The place was great- incredibly well stocked! The owners were SUPER responsive. The area is kind of in a bit of an industrial type area on one side. Very close to MIZZOU. Incredibly well priced! And the bonus of allowing pets more than makes up for location! Would definitely stay again!

Hidden Columbia Gem - Quiet Area

We had a great time at this property! There’s enough room for everyone and then some. It’s perfect for families visiting Columbia and is super close to downtown and campus. The area is very quiet. They had everything we could’ve imagined needing including free and clear laundry detergent which we needed as we have skin allergies. We will definitely come back!!

The unit was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our trip to Mizzou for a school tour and check out the area for our son. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly what we hoped for, but we had no problems. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated them checking in on us to make sure we didn’t have any problems. We would stay again.

The home is located at a good distance from Mizzou, the host was incredible and the place was very clean, just the right size and had everything we needed. My only reason for not giving a top rating was the neighborhood.
