House was very cleaned and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little rough coming in- but we had no issues and the street was actually very quiet.

Very easy check in and out. Virginia was very responsive and a great communicator. The house was as described and a great launch point for exploring the local area.

Hi Princess, that is very weird review because is the first time that we heard something like that from some guest, you can check at all others reviews we have only 5 stars. You mentioned that and I asked you some pictures about it and you never could to prove it, but anyway I sent the cleaning crew again, they did not find any spiderwebs and they ask you to walkthrough to check the entire house before they leave and you confirm everything was ok, they ask your guests if they saw anything wrong and they said no we don’t, and now after to stay 4 nights at our property you contact the VRBO to get a refund? so if you don’t like our property why you did not leave at the same day at the check in? Why you wait 4 nights, stayed very comfortable there and now you ask for refund? Definitely that is not honest and responsible attitude and we disagree with that.

The property was clean and well stocked with things needed for an extended stay. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!!

Nice place and quiet at night. Driveway for parking car. Bedding and furniture and appliances were excellent. Well stocked kitchen. 2 nice bathrooms really helped. We rented here for proximity to MBS which would have been a reasonable walk but very close and easy Lyft/Uber rides to and from.

My stay was ok except I forgot to mention about I couldn’t deal with any fragrances. The refrigerator acting up the owner was right there to take care of it that afternoon. The house was in the hood but we had no issues.

About the refrigerator that never happened before, but you know like you mentioned we solve the problem with another refrigerator immediately, and the house is in Atlanta downtown and we never have any issues there. Close to city and well secured

Property was beautiful on the inside and rooms are very large and well cleaned. The location is in a mixed area, but literally 8mins to downtown and the stadium. The house is well secured & safe.Had one slight hiccup with getting door open, but host was fast respond & very polite. Other than that 2 minute hiccup, stay was perfect. Well definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the home. We chose it for its proximity to Mercedes Benz Stadium to attend a World Cup game. We were able to walk (30min) to stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and has a mix of developing and older homes. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check-in an hour early. The house was spacious and comfortable. House included comfortable beds, nice soft towels, washer/dryer and other generous amenities. Large bathroom in main bedroom and smaller 2nd bathroom. We would definitely utilize home again.
