This centrally located DeSmet property is truly exceptional! The host has meticulously considered every detail, providing numerous thoughtful extras such as an abundance of towels, a blow dryer, notepads, tape, pens, charger cords, well stocked kitchen, ample mirrors, local emergency numbers, and televisions in every room. The list of amenities is extensive and impressive! The flat decor is also delightful.

We didn't spend much time as we were here for the Lake Preston reunion, but we sure could have. It's a very nuce place for gatherings, if so inclined.

We were in DeSmet for my grandmothers funeral. This space made us feel like we were at home. It was nice and quiet. Had everything we needed. We have been staying in Brookings the past few times we’ve visited family because we don’t care for the hotel in town. But this is a game changer for us and we will definitely be booking again!!

When we arrived and unlocked the door the property was in pristine condition. Everything was just as it was described and it was great.Very quiet location and we loved the small town.Checkout process was easy after a good night of sleep in the very comfortable bed.
