✹ DIVERSITY - This home is in a diverse, residential neighborhood and is ideal for guests seeking to enjoy an authentic Savannah experience.

✹ PETS - We are pet-friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $55 pet fee that covers the first two pets if you decide to bring your pet along. For any additional pets, a $50 fee per pet will apply. We will arrange this extra charge separately after your booking is confirmed.

✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on VRBO or early termination of your booking.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.

✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. A $50 shipping fee or more will be charged to ship items back to you.

✹ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.

✹ SECURITY CAMERAS - For your safety and security, please be informed that there are security cameras installed outside the property. These cameras are in place solely for monitoring the exterior and ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
