Sunny upstairs apartment 6 blocks from beach

Great location: small, quiet street 6 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to Main Street/ Promenade restaurants and shops, metro station. Sunny and bright with private bathroom, kitchen, living room. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, other condiments. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, soap, other supplies and a hair dryer. No A/C in the apartment (it has a ceiling fan), and it's almost always below 70 F here in Santa Monica. Check in any time after 3pm, but usually available earlier. Self check in with door code. Easy street parking with private permit.
I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. I'm always here to help if you need me, but you won't see me if you don't need me.

Very cute apartment in a very convenient location! It's easy to walk to the beach/pier, the 3rd St Promenade, and local shops and restaurants. Also conveniently near the 10 if you want to get elsewhere in the city. The host was easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay!

We loved our stay at this cute little upstairs apartment! The check in instructions were easy to follow and the apartment was super clean. It took us 10-15 minutes to walk down to the beach and there were a lot of cute little shops along the way! We ran into Suzanne once and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She even let us know that her neighbors were having a party and to let her know if it got too loud so she could take care of it. If you are looking for a cute getaway, close to the beach, with a super friendly host, this is your spot!
