Great Location, But This Condo Needs Serious Attention

We recently stayed at this condo for a family vacation and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the location is undeniably convenient—just a short walk to beach access and close to other attractions our kids enjoyed—the unit itself is in desperate need of maintenance and care.The condo was overpriced given its condition. The walls were crumbling in places, and we noticed mold on the ceilings—an obvious health concern. The wiring for a light above the sink was exposed due to the oversized hole cut in the cabinets. The shower had poor drainage, making every use feel unpleasant. Perhaps most concerning, the front door wouldn’t lock properly, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay.It’s clear this property hasn’t been properly maintained in a long time. What could be a charming, well-located rental is instead a rundown, unclean space that doesn’t match the price or the photos shown online.Until serious upkeep is done—including fixing structural issues, improving cleanliness, and addressing safety concerns—I wouldn’t recommend this unit to others.

Outstanding

Read some not so positive reviews after we had arrived to Florida. We checked in and reviews were not 100%. Normal wear and tear. Location is great.

Outdated Condo with Updated Price Tag

This is the most I have ever paid for a condo on the beach, that I felt like we had been taken advantage of. I was in tears after saving for a family vacation and this is what we got for our hard earned money! It definitely was not worth the cost! Thankfully, the weather was great and we didn’t have to spend time stuck in the condo. The television was extremely limited, unless you want to “pay on demand “. The only things updated in this condo were the appliances and the light fixture over the dining table. However, the initial problems we encountered were taken care of the next day, with the exception of the musty smell. This place definitely needs a renovation!

Waves and Raves

We enjoyed our week on the beach and loved being directly on it listening to the waves and enjoying walks and swimming. Drive through Beautiful neighborhood to get back to the beachside Units . Slightly older but, well maintained. Steps to the beach and easy access to the pools and other amenities. Unit similar to pictures and as described. One review mentioned some cloudy sliding door glass (agree) but, nothing that stopped our enjoyment of the unit. It is a second floor unit but, there is a small elevator access if needed. Stocked kitchen and starter items as noted in description. Overall check in/out process easy. We flew into the Airport recommended and it was just a short 24 min drive to units. Good selection of restaurants and activities in the area.

Desperately needing a refresh

The condition was dingy and in need of paint on all walls and furniture. The screens had holes or big rips and the main door allowing a view had cloudy glass needing replacement. There was a great deal of mold in the baths. The entry door did not close securely was very drafty. The kitchen, however, had nice new appliances.

This property is pretty well represented from the pictures. We had a couple minor issues and I must say, when I called about them, they reacted super fast. The property layout is very comfortable with a great beach/sunset view. The down side is that unfortunately, this property is in huge need of updating/TLC! The living room furniture, though clean, was in dire need of replacement as NONE of the chairs/sofas were comfortable. The same could be said for the king mattress in the master bedroom. There are early signs of mold/mildew above the shower and in the kitchen. In all fairness, a representative from a sheet rock company stopped in and they apparently have that repair on their schedule. Nothing really made us say we would not come back, but as I mentioned, it does need some updates. We did have a wonderful time in PCB.

Great place to stay. We loved the proximity to 30a. This is at the end of a beach with an inlet so it’s not crowded at all. The inlet was a fantastic place for our kids to explore.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect! From the view of the ocean, the space in the condo and the convenience of everything…There could be a few things to be updated but nothing major. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful girl's trip

The location to the beach could not have been better. Condo is right by the elevator and the beach just a few steps away. Parking was right by the condo too. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The condo was clean, very nice TVs, plenty of air-conditioning, all beds were comfortable, nice washer and dryer. It needs a new couch and love seat for sure. Price was a great value. Had everything that was important to me. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the view was beautiful. The condo was clean and ready for check in. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had new appliances, which was nice since we like to cook. Bath area could use some updates, but was fine.

We loved the place. The unit was well outfitted and clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the Sea. We loved the quick access to the beach. We loved the white sand and beautiful views. The bathtub in the main bedroom may need the drain unclogged…it drained very slowly, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We’ll be back. Thanks.

Adorable, comfortable and the location is perfection! The second floor access is awesome, right by the elevator and stairs . Steps to the sand in one direction,steps to either pool in the other directions . Two grocery stores and a drug store just beyond the gated entrance. Pinnacle Port is just the best and this Condo is wonderful.

Great view!

This condo was perfect for myself and my boys for spring break. It had everything we needed and gorgeous views of the ocean. The indoor/ outdoor pool was very nice too.

Location is sublime, sunset views, mesmerizing, and the living space is amply sized for 2-4. Definitely an A+ for beach goers like us. The place is nicely decorated but the cleanliness leaves little to be desired for. The shaggidy rugs have to go, sorry 😞 There's lots of places to eat out, shop or get groceries but you'll want/need a car. One of our favorites is the old florida fish house, a fun, musical place off 30A with a quirky outdoor area - the chargrilled oyster are delicious (think Dragos - New Orleans 😋) they have dueling pianos on the weekends. We had a phenomenal stay nonetheless, comfortable enough and with the essentials to cook in. (LOVED the air fryer option in the oven). Had to bring our own beach chairs and stuff, but did find a helpful tent (thanks!) One last suggestion-get the taller aroandik

Pinnacle Port Vacation Rental

This property was very dirty when we arrived. There were large stains on the furniture and we had to use bed linnens to cover the furniture just to sit. There was trash in the bedrooms including a dirty pair of womens underwear. There was mold in the bathrooms and ceilings that were falling on us as we went about our daily business. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards including glasses with lipstick stains and dirty pots and pans. The decor was extremely outdated and the rental needed updated.
