Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the quiet setting and found the downtown location convenient for restaurants and everything nearby. We'd love to host you again on your next visit. — Stay Hospitality
Overall, very enjoyable stay. The property was just as expected and didn’t have any complaints other than some amenities were gone, which include limited toilet paper and kitchen utensils. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful property with a very spacious house. It was very clean other than some dust build up around the ceiling. The pool was so relaxing and clean.

Very clean! The door locks were extremely difficult. Parking was a very small space. Overall quiet place, nice place!

They canceled my reservation and I wasn’t aware that 350 was required and they didn’t give me a full refund

We're sorry this ended in frustration rather than a stay with us. When a reservation is canceled on our end, the refund due is typically processed within 3–5 business days after the original checkout date. If it hasn't reached you in that window, please let us know and we'll sort it out. We'd genuinely have preferred to host you, and we're sorry it worked out this way. — Stay Hospitality
Canceled reservation 3 hours before check in after we flew down already. Crazy!

We're sorry to hear this fell short of expectations, and we understand how frustrating unexpected changes can be, especially after travel. In this case, some unforeseen maintenance issues arose that required immediate attention, and we regret the disruption this caused to your plans. We hope to have the opportunity to host you under better circumstances in the future. — Stay Hospitality

Many things could’ve been better. Lock was a bit confusing and complicated to get in as instructions were not clear and I had to call to inquire on how to decode the lock. The couch and floors looked clean but were actually really dirty. Water kept coming out of shower area/glass panel and on to the floor. The dining table was wobbly and unstable. The central air was good but just didn’t cool off the bedrooms. Outside the property and pool could use some weekly maintenance to keep up the look of “tropical oasis”.

We're sorry the stay didn't come together the way it should have, and we appreciate you taking the time to lay out the details. The entry instructions, the cleanliness, the shower splashing, and the cooling in the bedrooms are all things we're looking into carefully. Notes like these help us set things right, and we're grateful you shared them. — Stay Hospitality
Codes for the door were confusing and smart door can hurt finger if not careful. Everything else was perfect

the instructions to get in the property were wrong. The codes for the door was the same code they used at the other units on the property. The Tv didnt have a remote to control the volume. There was a homeless guy digging through the garbage when we arrived which explains all the cameras they had.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
The check in process was difficult, the customer service representative couldn’t remember which code is the correct one to get in side. The only room that was actually clean was the kitchen the bedrooms were okay. I saw 2 big roaches during my stay. The shower door wasn’t fix properly, extremely loose if there was any pressure to the door it would fall. There is no possible way they would pass inspection. I’m truly disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property maintenance. The pool was heated at least. I would not recommend.
