364, Weaver, is an Outer Banks Rental Home that is centrally located on the island. Not only is it minutes from the beach and Wright Brothers Memorial (birthplace of aviation), but also central to shopping, restaurants, the movie theater, water sports, golf (including miniature golf), and so much more!

This OBX Rental Home provides a comfortable interior with bedding options, including a master queen room with private bathroom, that will accommodate a variety of family sizes. For the sunbathing lovers, the large, open front deck allows for plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the rays, while the back deck's woodsy surrounding gives a private outing for nature lovers. The Weaver home also provides a number of amenities including a laundry area, high speed internet with WiFi, outdoor grill, outside shower, and more!

** To keep rental costs down, this OBX home does not provide linens. However, a linen package can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste.  As such, linens, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and so forth, are not supplied at the rental home, so please be mindful to bring these with you or be ready to purchase upon arrival to the Outer Banks.

Summer kick off vacation

Short walk to the beach, and a few restaurants. 5-10 min drive to anything else that you think you need. My family was happy with our stay.

The little house

We had a big family reunion and this was where I parked the octogenarians. It's run down, but the perfect crash pad for people who need a clean room to stay in.

Repeat Rental

I have been to this property before, and it is great for my size family Teen and Toddler. Lots of places to go and sites to see, they upgraded their tv to I think a 50" in the living room smart tv, so you can login to your netflix, disney, etc. There are 2 roll away beds if you have more kids. We had a great time!

Great Bargain

I know what I was getting when I rented this property, it doesn't have big screen tvs, or a hot tub or some of the other amenities, but it is a short walk to the beach, priced great and plenty of space for my fiance and I, a 15 y/o and a 2 y/o. We had guests over and 8 ppl hanging in the living space was not cramped. We spent almost all of our time at the beach, so this was a perfect spot for us.

We came, we saw, we conquered!

Overall, it has everything we needed. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. An outdoor shower, and streaming services with tv. It is an older property that hasn’t been maintained super well. It could use new mattresses, more towel hooks and the charcoal grill grates needed a really good cleaning-which we covered with foil when we used it. The cabinets could also use a good cleaning. Otherwise, as much time as we spent there, which wasn’t much, it was perfect for our family. Great location for all the nearby activities and restaurants!! Only a few blocks from the beach which you could walk to, but we drove and found ample parking on Asheville St.

Don’t recommend

This place has cockroaches in the kitchen the house is run down. All the lights would flicker the outlet’s wouldn’t hold a block for a charger. The cleaning people don’t do very good we had to clean it ourselves before we could unpack.

Thank you for your feedback on this rental home. While all of our rental homes are bonded with a professional pest control company to keep rentals free from pests, we greatly apologize for any bug issue that was encountered. After looking through maintenance notes, I do see that this was reported to this home's professional pest vendor who has since been to the home to inspect and remedy any issue. After reading this feedback, we have also added an outlet inspection for maintenance to perform, so to inspect and change any loose outlets. Thank you again for this feedback and we hope that, aside from these issues, you were able to enjoy all the Outer Banks has to offer!

Okay!

The house had several issues from light bulbs needing to be replaced, nozzle on shower was broken, cable not working properly for half of our stay, the trash was not collected before we arrived, the locks for the property barely worked and at times had to fight with the door knob to be able to get inside of the propert,and the yard was not mowed. For the amount of money I paid for my family and I to have a good vacation we should have not had to deal with any of these issues. I am very disappointed and will not stay at this property again nor will I recommend for someone to stay at this property. I feel like I was ripped off!!

I'm so sorry to read about your experience, as your feedback directly relates to feedback left by the previous guests, but was unfortunately reported days after your check-in. While I'm thankful that these issues were able to be remedied early in your stay, I'm very apologetic for this initial shock and with the amount of time it took for the channel line-up to be corrected on the cable package. Again, I'm very sorry for the issues you encountered, but do hope you were able to enjoy the remainder of your vacation after this initial experience. If there's anything we can do to regain your trust, please let us know as we would love to make this vacation up to you.

Good spot for the family people.

Walking distance to the beach and supermarket. Walking distance to simple spot for breakfast or something fancier for diner. Everything within walking distance. Will need new refrigerator.

Disappointed

The house was visibly dirty! I under stand that with COVID it was advised to clean when we got there, I had my one year old son with me so I was prepared to disinfect...while wiping down high touch surfaces, my towel comes out black or the disinfectant wipes are black to me that means NO cleaning was done on the house! So before we could even enjoy our vacation my wife had to run to the store and get heavier cleaning products and a mop to clean, there was trash left outside under the house just filthy!!! And we email cove reality about the situation and they offered to come re-clean the house after we had already stayed there one night!!!! With the coronavirus going on we expected more! Very disappointed will never book with cove reality again! Not an easy walk to the beach very small parking area at closet beach access...

We have a number of new COVID-19 cleaning standards that go beyond a basic clean and now include cleaning all touch-point areas, switching out and disinfecting bedding items like comforters/pillows, and so forth. While I'm sorry to hear that your check-in was far from satisfactory, if you ever encounter cleaning issues in the future, please immediately call us so that we may tend to these items. While I see that a customary follow-up call was made to you the morning after check-in, where after you informed us of your concerns, we offered to re-send a cleaner to take care of your concerns, I'm unable to locate any Email sent to us aside from your check-out Email letting us know you left the rental home on your departure date. I'm sorry that this Email never made it through to us, as we strive to immediately handle any items brought to our attention during a stay. If you have any other feedback you would like to add, please let us know so that we can better future guest stays.

The getaway

Sweet little bungalow 3 bedrooms plenty of space to spread out front and rear decks.. Under the raised house it is nice and shaded and airy . With outside shower feels good after a day in the sun and to get the sand off outside. Only 1 minor negative detail the house is located second house in from traffic light and there are considerable idling engines outside the bedroom window on the street intersecting with the light at the highway. Truck engines being gunned on take off. But it’s minimized by the fact that your not hanging out in the house that much.

Disappointed vacay

A long awaited vacay to stay at a disappointingly dirty, not well kept cottage. Shower was broken, stove burners and oven not working properly, far walk to beach (need to drive with limited parking. So ya can't sleep in), beds were uncomfortable, felt as if your sleeping on the box spring, the front door was broken. No cable so rainy days were a bummer after playing board games and enjoying family time, we Wanted to watch a movie together and couldn't, no VHS or DVD. Not being able to bring out dog was a bummer, the house actually smelled like dogs. I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend.

I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at this rental home. I looked through all the notes and maintenance requests attached to your reservation, but only see an initial request upon check-in for several items which were remedied on the same day. We're also a bit puzzled about there not being cable, as this rental home includes a cable TV package with WiFi, so we'll be immediately looking into this feedback along with the other items you have mentioned. I am very apologetic for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay, but please immediately report any issues you ever encounter at a rental home. As we are a smaller company, our staff is able to address and remedy issues almost immediately, and our ultimate goal is to ensure that our guests are able to completely enjoy their vacation. Again, I am very sorry that you were unable to completely enjoy your stay here on the Outer Banks and please let us know if there is anything we can ever do to earn back your trust in providing memorable vacation experiences.
