Welcome to one of Moab's nicest nightly rental!

Our spacious and IMMACULATE two-level town home has been newly furnished and decorated--not your typical rental! Tastefully appointed to make it your home away from home.

Why stay in a one-room hotel when you can experience the comfort of a three-bedroom town home with a kitchen, two car garage, and personal laundry facilities for less?

Our town home has a master suite with a king-size bed, its own spacious two vanity private bath, and flat-screen TV and DVD player. A walk-out balcony provides breath-taking views of the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim.

The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed.

The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share an adjacent full sized bathroom. Our unit can comfortably sleep six.

The main floor contains a cozy living room with two leather sofas nestled around a gas burning fireplace and a flat-screened television. A comfortable dining area seats six and breakfast bar seats four. A half bath is located on this level.

If you enjoy cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen.

Have to do laundry? A high-efficiency washer and dryer is included for your convenience.

The two car garage enables you to store gear and other items securely. It also features a bike rack and repair stand for cycling enthusiasts. Local area maps are displayed highlighting Moab's great outdoor activities.

After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities you can relax by the pool and hot-tub, while the kids enjoy the playground. For those who enjoy more traditional sports, take advantage of the lighted tennis and basketball court. Or just plain unwind on the condo's private patio with a glass of your favorite beverage!

**Included in the nightly rental is a 10% daily bike rental discount coupon provided by Poison Spider Bicycles.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free condo and is individually owned and operated.

My husband and I have lived in Moab for over 18 years. We are both transplants from opposite sides of the country (California and Maryland) and fell in love with the mountain biking, the community and all the outdoor activities. We are the proud owners of, Poison Spider Bicycles in addition to raising two children, two horses, two dogs, two cats, 10 hens and 1 loud rooster. We enjoy sharing the natural beauty that Moab offers.

Owner's Response: Thanks Lynette for the review. I'm glad you and the family enjoyed the condo for your family vacation. The Pool typically doesn't open until a week before Easter because it's so cold in the evenings. But the hot tub is open and functioning almost all year (minus January). We have an amazing Maintenance Manager, Greg, at the property and he's always, "johnny on the spot", with any mechanical or issues, he checks the hot tub everyday. He informed me there was 1afternoon, while you were visiting, he had to fix a light in the tub and the temps got to 90-95* degrees but it was back up to the normal operating temp of 103* within a few hours. But I realize the 90's can feel cool when the outside temperatures were so brisk. 2017 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: April 7th (beginning of Easter Jeep Safari Week) Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 15th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open All the best, Karen

Perfect place to stay in Moab

Our family loved the condo! Karen was very thoughtful to check in with us and make sure everything was good. A light was out in the garage and she replaced it right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio and sitting around the fireplace. Lots of space for our family of 5. We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect family base for exploring Moab

Our family of 4 (including two young boys) had a fun time staying at the condo. The pool and hot tub are close to the condo. There is plenty of space and having a washing machine and dryer were a big help. The condo is clean and Karen was very helpful with my questions.

Estuvimos una semana montando en bicicleta en las fantásticas pistas de Moab.

La casa es perfecta, está completamente equipada, no está lejos de la Moab y del acceso a las pistas y tiene lo necesario para que un ciclista (o no ciclista) este satisfecho.

- El garage es grande y esta preparado para reparar las bicis si fuera necesario.

- La lavadora y secadora son nuevas y funcionan de maravilla para tenes la ropa de bici lista cada día ... y además Karen nos dejo detergente.

- La cocina está super equipada, es moderna y limpia y tenía sal, azúcar, café, etc.

- La casa es silenciosa y las camas son cómodas, pudimos descansar después de cada duro día de bicicleta.

En resumen, repetiremos.

Many exciting attractions in the Moab area include: Hiking and WORLD FAMOUS road and mountain biking trails, river rafting, and rock climbing. Many visitors come to enjoy the motorized activities such as, Jeeping, ATV-OHV and motorcycling.

Numerous Indian rock art and ruins including ancient dinosaur tracks which are accessible by vehicle, foot and mountain bikes.

Nearby are the beautiful La Sal mountains (12,500 feet) where one can enjoy cooler temperatures and take advantage of exploring several mountain lakes where you can fish, hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, picnic and soak in the beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding areas. In the winter experience snowshoeing and backcountry skiing. Moab is one of the few places in the world where you can simultaneously experience high altitude peaks and the unique red rock desert .

Take a break from the varied outdoor recreation and stroll the Main Street shops, fine-dining, family restaurants and award winning breweries. Or treat yourself to a yoga class or a relaxing massage.
