Fantastic

Renato was very responsive to all the questions and accommodating. The location is fantastic and just a quick Uber ride away from almost everything it seems. Also the beach is a close walking distance. I definitely will look to stay here again!

Place is near everything, lots of places to eat and have a good time. Only downside no parking on the building. Apt was clean and had all the basic necesites.

Fabulous place to stay! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Renato was very easy to work with. He allowed us to drop our bags early and stay late at the pool. He responded to questions quickly and even left snacks and water for our arrival. The location is great for the beach, shopping and restaurants. I believe this has been the best VRBO I have stayed at yet.

This home is maybe 3-5 minutes “walking” from the beach, also near lots of restaurants. Starbucks is right there too! Pretty much your in a great location. You can walk anywhere and get there in minutes. When we wanted to go further out like old San Juan, Uber is just a few bucks, so we ubered everywhere. To give you an idea I think the most “expensive”round trip we did was $18 bucks from this location. I really enjoyed staying here. Renato was awesome, checking in on us randomly to make sure we were doing ok. He also gave us recommendations on things to do and where to go. I’m really glad we stayed here. Beside the basics you expect to find in a home, he had an umbrella and chairs for the beach that we could use. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need and my favorite part..... the ac unit worked GREAT! We keep our home cold at night so when we travel we have a hard time sleeping because we can’t ever get the ac to our liking, not here, we felt at home.

Lovely trip

Great location on Ashford Ave, in the heart of everything you need. Restaurants, stores, bars are close by. Very easy to get an Uber. The safety of the building was nice and check in was great and simple.

The property was conveniently close to everything on Ashford. 24 hr door man was great. We rented the apartment for the full kitchen which was a disappointment. Not even a coffee pot or kettle. Lacking very basic necessities which negated the whole reason for renting this particular place.

Close to everything that you may need, and if Uber is needed, not expensive. On the bus line if you want to take public transportation. Beach is a 2min walk. Overall experience was great for 1st time visitors.

Great stay

This was a great location. Very close to the beach and lots of options to eat close by. Everything is as pictured. We had the pool to our selves. The Marriott is across the street and we were able to grab taxis there when there were delays with uber. Renato was a great host and was always available for questions. It was overall a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Great location

This studio was perfect for me and my friends for an overnight stay. The following days it was just me and my boyfriend and enough space for us to enjoy. The oven view in the morning was beautiful. We were directly across for the beach and the rentals had unmbrellas, Chairs, boards and toys for children. Also provided was sunscreen and beach towels. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I will return to this exact unit again. It’s located on the atrip with restaurants, bars and 20 mins from old San Juan and the airport. Prefect location

Wonderful San Juan studio!

We absolutely enjoyed staying in this property, studio was just right, clean and comfortable, it was a block away from the beach, neighborhood and area had lots of options for eating and entertainment. There was a very nice pool in the building, there is 24 hr security on site , we found it perfectly safe walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The Marriot across the street has a Hertz rental on property, I would recommend renting from them on an as needed basis as parking was definitely a challenge. I would recommend this property highly, the owner Renato, was the best we have encountered since we began using Home away, he was right there answering questions, giving advice on great places to visit , and went above and beyond helping me secure a much needed parking spot in the complex. We were forced to leave 2 days early due to Covid-19 concerns, otherwise it was a perfect trip. My wife and I will definitely be back and we will definitely use Renato’s unit again without hesitation.

We were very impressed with the property. Our host was the best. He was available to answer a couple of questions during our first couple of days and he even took the time to share helpful information about fun places to go in Condado. Location, location, location

We stayed here for a full 8 nights and it became our home away from home. We had everything that we needed for an enjoyable holiday. We were walking distance to everything! Great restaurants in the area and the beach is a very short walk with Renato providing the beach amenities which saved us money. The kitchen had everything we needed when we didn’t want to go out for breakfast, lunch or diner. The air conditioning quickly cooled off the room at night. Our 12 year old slept on the pull out couch and he thought it was very comfortable. The black out blinds allowed him to sleep in every morning. The building is quiet and just outside is all the nightlife that you want to experience. Renato is very informative with information on tourism and restaurants. He is truly a gem and does care about you! Thanks Renato for everything it was a trip that we will never forget.

Location, Location, Location. In front of the Marriot and steps from the beach, this is the best area to stay in San Juan. You can enjoy the beach, excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, healthy foods, pharmacy etc all walking distance.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Whenever is not rented, I enjoy going with my family to the apartment to enjoy the beach and the restaurants in the area. We take a bike to old San Juan and relax having a sip of wine on the balcony. It is a lovely lifestyle to leave your car parked and enjoy the freedom of walking to everything you need.
