Only ten minutes from various beaches and from the most sought after shops, trendy restaurants and clubs of Seminyak, it is also just a short stroll from Canggu village, the new trendy area of Bali.

Our Villa was designed by the owners with the aim to offer a truly authentic, historical Indonesian experience, blended with a high level of service and all of the Western comforts and modern facilities that you would expect to find in a luxury holiday villa. From the moment you cross the threshold, you will experience the warm hospitality of Bali within a very special, spacious location, blessed with glorious rice field views.

Seating on a 1,750 m land, our Villa is the ideal place to be submerged with the Indonesian tradition of hospitality, as the friendly and well-trained staff will do their best to fulfill the needs and the curiosity of the visitors.

Each of our luxury rice field view bedroom has its own terrace facing the rice field and the huge swimming pool (with a Jacuzzi) made with natural green stone. The owners passion to preserve, share, and celebrate the rich heritage of Indonesia is further revealed by an eclectic collection of antiques, artwork and objets trouvs, which are mainly from Java and Madura. They have been travelers and collectors for many years and there is a special story behind each and every piece. You can even contemplate a furniture that appeared in the famous movie "Eat Pray Love" staring Julia Roberts!

An authentic Madura joglo is also erected nearby, providing guests with air-conditioned comfort for those very hot or very wet days. Once again decorated with art from all over Indonesia, it is used as the living area and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite channel TV and DVD player.

The bedrooms:
Each bedroom is air conditioned with a double wardrobe including safety box, a huge king size bed and equipped with high speed internet wifi. They also offer an open style veranda equipped with a rattan table surrounded by four comfortable seats and an antique wooden sofa from Java.

The en-suite bathrooms are semi-opened, offering the opportunity to take advantage of the luxurious surrounding greenery and the yearlong sweet climate of the island of the Gods. Each of them offer a huge bathtub (one even has it's own Jacuzzi), and an outdoor shower in a small tropical garden. One bathroom also has a marble pond where colorful fishes and lotus flowers offer their beauties and relaxing view.

Very conscious of environmental issues, we only use low energy devices for lighting, teak wood windows, doors and ceiling structure from disassembled Javanese house, while iron wood deck and flooring are parts from old bridges and road from Sulawesi. Old colonial trains stations posts are supporting the terraces, and mosaic were created
out of old Dutch marble tiles.

Note that although the villa is normally priced for 6 people, we can host up to 16 persons as we can provide extra bedding arrangements. There are 3 extra large mattresses available that we can set up in any of the bedrooms as well as 2 other separate bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed, bathroom (indoor or outdoor) and AC. Each extra guest will only be charged $ 40 USD/night and will have full access to the villa as the other guests. You can actually see one of the extra bedroom on the pictures, set as the massage room.

Services:
Our Villa is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The staff work full time on a rotating basis seven days per week until 10pm, and include a cook, housekeepers, a gardener/pool attendant and security guards. The housekeepers fulfill all
cleaning duties while also taking care of any of your request.

Food:
Breakfast is included, and upon request you can enjoy lunch and dinner from our extensive menu (including French, Italian, Japanese, and of course Indonesian and Balinese dishes). All meals can be served either on your own terrace, by the pool veranda or in our Madurese Joglo.

As a healthier option, our guests can also experience the amazing benefits of a vegan raw diet food, including freshly pressed vegetable juice, green smoothie and much more! Most of the vegies are grown in our own organic garden.

Massage and Spa:
You can enjoy a Balinese massage right in the villa, using Bore and Lulur, a local aromatic scrub. According to your taste and preferences, you can also request reflexology, pure relaxing massage, or Moksa therapy.

Extras:
- For your special events, musical and Balinese dance performances can be organized on the premises.
- Laundry and Ironing services can be requested.
- For our young guests swimming classes can be arranged, as well as a pool fence for the parents peace of mind.
- Aqua-gym, yoga classes, as well as Balinese cooking classes can be organized upon request.
- A car and experienced driver can be hired to take you for an exciting island tour, to unspoiled places where it seems that Bali has remained the same through decades.

As I'm not often in Bali, it will generally be my staff that will welcome you at the villa and take care of you during your stay. We also provide a local hand-phone so you can always reach us if you need anything. If I'm not in Bali, I'm always reachable via email and I guaranty to respond fast. My team is trained to take good care of our guests and make sure they have a wonderful stay as you can read on my reviews.

The way from airport usually takes around 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic). If using our transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. My staff will will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. They will be taking care of you during your stay so don't hesitate to ask us if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali.
