I loved how secure the building was and it was very clean. I noticed no matter what I came in a staff member was cleaning. The apartment was in very clean and it had all the supplies you needed in the kitchen, bathroom and etc.The host was awesome very helpful and let me just say the 18 th floor lounge on the rooftop Soo cool.

Horrible

The bed was broke. The dishes were dirty the microwave had left over food . Tub hair and leftover stuff from past guest ! Couldn’t sleep body was sore ! Went to relax for my bday and couldn’t do that ! Was kicked out the pool area due to something that had nothing to do with me. The security said everyone had to leave the area due to someone else that was staying in different apt . Idk I wanna refund!

Horrible - Don't Stay Here

There were very instructions on how to enter the property. We didn't even know the address until an hour before check in time. We accessed the building via an email message. no one available to give us a key. Confusing directions. " Do this in the app; do this in the message. I got frustrated and went to a hotel instead. Of course, we were told we couldn't cancel the booking since it was after check in time. We were refunded the booking fee but not the coat of the stay which was over five hundred dollars.Our other Vrbo stay was easy. Not this one. Don't book here!
