This Super Cute Home can host 5 guests maximum. The standard daily rate is up to 2 guests. After 2 guests, each additional guest only needs to pay $33/day. Please add your exact guest number to your reservation.

You will definitely love making coffee and cooking at this fabulous kitchen!!!
It has everything new and shining: new countertop, new cabinet, new stainless steel kitchen appliances......

The bonus sun room has a new big TV and a sofa to make sure you may enjoy your each moment here.
Puzzles, a poker set and books are on the table under the TV in this sun room.

Also, you can sit on the porch to enjoy cup of tea/ coffee or a drink with your loved ones while the weather is good.

Bedrooms with closets are very cozy and spacious. Good sleeps at these cozy bedrooms.

The full bathroom is fully remodelld.

You can walk down to the basement to do laundry.

Other Details To Note

1. Please don't go to the upstairs. It's not ready for guests.

2. Additional Guests Fees
The entire house has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds. Maximum 6 guests can stay here.
The standard night rate is up to 2 guests. After 2 guests, each additional guest only needs to pay us additional guest fee $33/ day.
If you have more than 2 guests, please let us know and add it to the guests number before making your reservation.

3. No snow removal service for our Airbnbs.
We left one snow shovel for the guests. Please removal snow from the porches, steps, sidewalk and driveway by yourself if it snows a lot during your stay.
If you want us helping you to hire someone removing snow for you, please let us know and send us $25/each service for the labor.

6. About Transportation
Our house is close to several bus stops. It will be more convenient if you drive your cars to here or rent cars here or get an Uber or a Lyft than take the buses.

7. Additional 5% Discount for Military Service Members & Veterans
We really appreciate military service members & veterans' service and sacrifice so much! We offer an additional 5% discount for our heroes. As soon as military service members or veterans check in our houses, we will refund them 5% of their payment except cleaning fee in the next day.
