Amazing Stay

We enjoyed our stay here! The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. I Also appreciated the mid weekend check in to make sure we were enjoying our stay! House was well equipped with everything we needed.

Convenient Location and Spacious.

Overall, the location was convenient to the interstate, shopping and dining. The owner was very nice and available when needed. He was also nice enough to contact me to make sure my stay was going well. The home is spacious with nice upgrades and a nice outside area.

Montgomery VRBO

Really nice updated house. Lots of parking. Had an ant problem but that was about it! Paris was quick to respond making sure our stay was perfect. The house is located in a kind of run down town so I wouldn’t recommend staying their alone. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

The house was excellent in every way giving us a great base. Paris provided everything you might need. Only thing I would suggest is a guest welcome book explaining operation of tv’s etc. Property is stylish with quality linen and furnishing. Communication was great throughout. Cannot recommend higher both the house and host. Thank you Paris

Celebrating Sorority Golden Anniversary

EXCELLENT. We were very pleased and satisfied with all of the accommodations. The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and very well appointed.We had more than ample space for our gathering and parking. Very personable host. The host, Paris Host, was there to greet us and to assist in getting us settled in, especially the use of the electronic key. We shall return!

Good stay overall

We enjoyed ourselves for my graduation weekend. Everything was booked a day and a half in advance but everything worked. Owner was great at communicating and understanding when some of my family came by last minute to celebrate for a short period of time. Everything was clean and he provided toiletries, towels and even a few items were available in the kitchen along with water in the fridge. Very nice backyard area! Although renovations are being made, we loved it for the most part. He came by for check in to give a tour and all.

Exceptional Accommodations

An exceptionally clean, comfortable, peaceful, with loads of amenities place to stay. I frequently travel with my teen children and this property checked all of our blocks! Paris is a professional and attentive host. Communication was made prior to our arrival. Check in went smoothly. The neighborhood was pleasantly diverse, quiet, and well lit at night. TVs are in every bedroom as described and the backyard patio is simply an experience all on its own. Unfortunately, I had an incident at the property our last night of stay. Due to my special needs daughter having an episode and there was damage caused to the living room tv and other electrical equipment. I immediately contacted the host and his patience and understanding was reassuring. I would definitely recommend this vacation listing and absolutely stay here again.

The house is not ready to have customers

Try to make income with unfinished home. Most of doors stuck on the floor or no door handle Neighborhood are not secured some house are abandoned. And drive concrete were broken, so it was not easy to drive back, bethroom sink drain so slow, master bedroom window area peeled off and down side of window wall covered by packing materials and night some insects in the bed.

Kay Kim we are always appreciative of guest feedback, however we need honest feedback. When we reached out to you during your stay you stated that the beds and linens were exceptional and the property was perfect. We do not have any abandoned houses in the neighborhood, but we do have a house under construction. Maybe under construction translates to abandon. Typically if you do not close the door as you unload your vehicles flying insects will enter most properties. The city is in the process of replacing a small portion of the sidewalk as the driveway is perfect. We will continue to provide clean, comfortable, safe lodging accommodations to our guest in support of our 97% positive guest experience rating. Our property is as advertised.

My deedback

This home is listed as an 1800 ft.² home on the auditors website. It is also advertise on VRBO the same. This home has an area that is not accessible to the guest which decreases the amount of living space. The master bedroom bed was already broken prior to us checking in and the owner did not tell us that and it broke when we sat on it the second night. We had to sleep in a bed that look like a SLED on our 2nd night. The owner pulled up outside the house 2 hours before checkout and remained there until we checked out! The house had no face cloths for us to use only towels! The neighborhood was not a safe neighborhood at all. I would give this stay 1 out of 5 stars

The property is as advertised. Guest arrived with 5 guests over the house limit and preceded to lie about the number of guest staying. Continue to lie in this review. Eugene Johnson and his family should be banned from this platform.

Texas friends golf getaway.

Paris was on the property when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour and explanation of all ammenities. He was a very friendly and accommodating host. The home fit our needs perfectly and was ideally located to the golf courses we were playing . We would definitely use this home again if we ever returned to the area.

Paris was great and the property was in a great locale. Only mins from downtown Montgomery. I would have given 5 stars but we had a little A/C issue during our stay.

Girlfriends Stay at Property A Hit!

We loved having our own bedroom for our quick get away. The property was very clean and nicely decorated with a welcoming touch. Although we did not use the kitchen, I liked knowing that the appliances were updated. The added touch to each bedroom with a TV in each bedroom and a king or queen bed in each room makes it more appealing. You may want to consider adding a mirror in each room. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and provided contact information so that we could reach him.

Wonderful Home!

The Owner has recently redone this house. It was clean and comfortable. The linens were hotel quality and very comfortable beds. All basic necessities were provided plus extras in the kitchen and bathroom.

Travelled to Montgomery to go to Equal Justice Initiative's Legacy Museum & National Monument

My daughter and an old friend and I travelled from three different cities to meet in Montgomery. Paris's home was perfect for our stay. Paris met me at his home and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We were comfortable and enjoyed our days. A very good experience.

A place to stay and that’s about it.

We stayed here with our family for my sisters graduation. The air didn’t work very well on the first night and went out on our second day. We called and a tech was sent out the next day and the air was fixed. We were grateful for that. We just thought there were some bug issues. ( not a ton but enough ) I was unhappy with the instructions on how to get into the property and absolutely no closing directions on how I was suppose to leave the house and what to do with the key. This house got the job done, but that is about it.

Great beds and bedding with a few quirks

We stayed 4 nights with 5 adults. The beds, bedding and towels were fantastic and the place felt clean. One of the bedrooms has no windows. Two of the bedrooms were with king beds and 2 with queen beds. It was a very dark home, and more and brighter lights would help. There was only one light in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan had no bulbs that worked. I believe there was also a light out in the kitchen. Opening the shades really wasn't an option due to the views. The neighborhood is very mixed and I felt like maybe the owner should have told us how to set the alarm. Also, there was no "binder" to tell us about how things work, nearby shopping and restaurants, internet passwords, etc. I felt like I had to pester the owner by email with my many questions. However, he was very nice and very responsive. In the kitchen the ice maker and water dispenser for the refrigerator didn't work. The warming drawer on the oven was very dirty, and on the second to last day the dishwasher leaked. Also, the return vent in the hallway fell off the wall while we were there. There was an extra set of keys on the kitchen table but they didn't work for the front or side door. So our only access was with one key fob that was for the side door. A coffee table and some end tables in the living room would be nice. There were none. You can tell that they are in the process of making improvements......painting and bathroom updates are definitely in order. The flooring in the hallway is a little uneven and awkward. On the upside there was plenty of room and 4 bedrooms is a plus. Parking is allowed on the streets if you have more than 2 cars (the driveway fits 2-3). The location is central to many of the sites and about 15 minutes to the Maxwell Air Force Base. The air conditioning worked well. It isn't perfect but it worked for us!

Paris did a wonderful job of hosting us!

We were in town for a week for a sporting event. The beds were amazing and everything was super comfortable. We would have liked a few more cooking utensils, but we made it work. We would definitely recommend this rental for future stays.

Good clean little house with decent access to town

The house is very clean and well-kept, in a location that is a 15-minute drive to downtown. We used it as a basecamp for a company outing to a trade show, and it worked fine. The house had been recently updated when we were there, and the beds and linens are clean, new and of good quality. There was a crated appliance in the front hallway, and the alarm system stopped working entirely and then started again and beeped for a while one morning. The owner is very pleasant but slow to respond to issues. He did always come back to us, but it took up to a day or more for him to respond. The house is cleaned out well, with the closets and such open for use and pretty much everything (appliances, stereo, furniture, etc) is new and in good condition. The space is fairly small, particularly the kitchen, but clean and well-kept. We were satisfied with our stay overall.
