Spacious Condo. we'll stocked up with all household item needed. The location is superb. in the heart of Miraflores. Special mention to the owner, Angel/Miguel who was always a phone call away, available, helpful, polite. Would definitely return in the future.

Health problems

The location is good, but the apartment has mold in the closets, cabinets and some on the bedroom ceilings. This duo to the high humidity and the apartment doesn’t have AC. My wife had an allergic reaction and had a rash, we had to move the last week we were there. I message the owner regarding this and asked for a refund for that last week. had no response about it. We end up booking a hostal for that week.

Great location, clean and everything works

This very spacious apartment can easily support a family of four. The kitchen is well appointed and very usable if you want to cook your own meals (we did). Beds are very comfortable. The entire apartment is spotlessly clean. Lots of storage, too. The location is very central to Miraflores, right on the Av Alfredo Benavides. While there is a lot of traffic noise even on the eighth floor, this is Lima and the drivers love their horns, especially the taxis. Vivanda (high end grocery) is about 150 meters down the street. Be safer and walk down to the cross walks with walk lights, but even then keep a sharp eye out for turning traffic! Realize that, again, this is Lima. Most apartments, and even offices, are NOT climate controlled. No heating or cooling. This is true for this apartment, as well. There is a very small, but effective portable heater for winter and a nice fan for summer. If you want to experience Lima as a resident, this is perfect for you! The only down-side worthy of mention is that most of the electrical sockets are in poor working order and need to be replaced. They still work, if you're patient, but this could be easily remedied. I should also mention that, due to the Pan American Games, we needed to stay another three days beyond our planned departure. Miguel was extremely kind to allow us to stay longer on a per-day basis. Finally, this apartment is very secure. There is a 24/7 doorman, the door and lock is very solid, and there is a small safe in the master bedroom. It was a very fine and pleasant stay. A spacious, comfortable and inexpensive apartment. Thank you, Miguel!
