Great wedding stay!

Our neice was getting married at the surf club which is one block away. The house was clean and cute. We found everything we needed to cook food for the wedding. The owner allowed us to bring our dog and there was a fenced in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Everyone knows each other there and looks out for each other. The owner even made arrangements for us to rent additional houses for the wedding party. She also allowed us an hour or 2 of additional time so we could leave our dog in the cool house while cleaning up the surf club after the wedding! She went above and beyond for us!

Good stay. Very friendly and helpful host!

Over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were looking for a house halfway between two family's states of residence to make for an easier drive for everyone. We ended up in Arkansas and chose this place quite randomly. It's pretty well furnished with the main draw being two king size beds. Some cobwebs here or there but not a deal breaker. The host was very friendly and able to offer some advice for things to do in the area. It's awfully rural - a good half an hour from any sort of shopping or dining. But again, that's not what we were after. My biggest gripe is that neither king size bed had bedside tables on both sides. A shelf could easily be hung beside one of the beds. But it was a constant annoyance at bed time to find a good place to set a book, a glass of water, a phone, eye glasses, etc. Overall, a good basic stay. Thanks!

Great place quiet neighborhood

The place was great everything was just like it was pictured, everyone slept great. Only one issue and the owners took care of it promptly was the drain for the central air was plugged. I will stay there again.

Horseshoe Lake

This rental home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more). It was perfect for a family reunion in a quiet location near (not on) a lake. Access to a shared dock at the lake is a 5 minute walk. Good internet for working remotely. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this home again.

Great place to chill and relax

Property was in a nice location just off horseshoe lake. The shared private dock gave beautiful views of the sunset over the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and spices. The backyard is fenced and perfect for our dog to play and explore. Neighbors are nice and friendly. There is a local convenience store/gasoline station about 5 miles away that carries a few basics that came in handy. We enjoyed Take out BBQ sandwiches from Roadside Bar-B-que in Nehi. Not many options for eating out during our stay due to virus. Wilma and Tami were very responsive and helpful answering quests! A wonderful relaxing stay!

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay.

House had everything we needed. Across the street from the lake but there is access to a dock a little ways away. We didn't use the dock. Very comfortable and great for a family to be together.

Loved the quite peaceful property

We enjoyed our stay! We were staying for a vacation to Memphis. It’s only a 30 min drive from the house but seems like 6 hours lol so we stayed in a lot and just relaxed and enjoyed family time together. We enjoyed the town of south haven miss. There was outlet malls and shopping and the best bbq was Memphis bbq company which was also in Southaven. We fished a few days but the mosquitoes ate us alive so we didn’t fish much and the heat index was crazy but we were used to that since we are from Kentucky. The house was like coming home at night. Such a nice neighborhood and homey feeling. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was super nice and stocked with everything you needed! If I had a question Wilma was very quick to answer and super helpful! Overall we were more than pleased with our stay at the Ladybug

Great cozy place!

Had a great New Year’s weekend!! Quiet lake community. Kitchen was very well stocked! Very clean and plenty of towels. No lake view. Definitely out in the boonies but 30 minutes you can be on Beale Street!

getaway fishing trip

My wife and I along with my sister and her husband had a nice stay. The house was clean and cozy. We fished off of the docks and caught enough catfish for a fish fry Saturday. West Memphis is about 30 minutes away so we went and ate at Margaritas one night. There is a small store/bait shop about 5 minutes away if you need anything plus they serve food. We enjoyed our stay.

Not what we thought....

Thought it was on the water due to posted pictures, thought it was closer to Memphis.... thought it should have been a tad cleaner... it did work well for our family outing.

Hurricane Evacuation

Our family of 5 adults, 3 children and several pets were fortunate to find this little gem when we recently had to flee Irmas path. The house was perfect for our needs and was more well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed than we could have imagined. The back yard was lovely and fenced for the children and dogs, which was a real bonus! Not sure we would have chosen this location as a vacation spot however, just because it was out in the middle of nowhere and without a boat or a place to rent one, there wasn't much to do. Also cell phone reception was not available from our carriers.

Very comfortable and cheery house!

Our family all met here for a birthday weekend/family reunion/surprise wedding proposal! We had a wonderful time relaxing and visiting/ sightseeing and taking our dogs for long walks. Wilma was awesome as were our neighbors in the little gecko house behind us. We all brought our dogs because they are part of our family as well..we always are grateful and happy for owners that allow our 4 legged family members to come on vacation with us❤️ Thankyou Wilma!

What a Great Retreat!

We had a wonderful few days with restful sleep, good cooking, & family relaxation. The beds are comfortable, linens are fresh, bathrooms are clean, and kitchen is perfectly set up with all the cooking needs. There was even a washer and dryer available. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. We were there after summer season ended and it was wonderfully serene. We felt perfectly at home and it was exactly what we were hoping for.

We love this property because of how comfortable it is. The bedrooms allow for privacy. The bathrooms have been completely refurbished and have great showers and a bathtub. The living area and kitchen has an open concept that allows for a flow that is easy for all guest.
