We'd love to have you! Thank you so much for coming!
Very clean, neat and spacious home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath.Only complaint is the foam mattress, which made us hot, we are hot sleepers. We would rent again, Great location to downtown also.
My family and I were visiting for the Dunleath Porchfest. It was a perfect place within walking distance of the Porchfest, various restaurants and a wonderful, shaded park to walk our dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This 3 bed 2 bath house gave us plenty of room to stay with our dogs for the weekend while we had an event at the First Horizon Coliseum (10 mins away). The location is wonderful: beautiful established neighborhood close to everything, great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, even a shaded park to walk the dogs. The house is spacious and there is a fenced backyard, comfortable beds, great shower in the main bedroom, and Maddie was easy to communicate with the entire process … everything we needed to have a comfortable and convenient stay!
Everything was very nice! We loved some of the trim and doors that you can tell were old, but in beautiful shape! The bathroom in the master bedroom was so nice. We didn't use the guest bathroom other than using the toilet and sink because the shower didn't work well for us adults. The front porch and back patio area was very nice! The neighbors were kind. Overall a very nice stay!
Overall, the place was clean and nice; however, later in the evening, we noticed it was getting uncomfortably cold. It turned out the furnace wasn’t running because the thermostat was dead and not charging, so we had no heat but addressed the issue ourselves. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was wasn’t working and required a restart to function.
