Contemporary two-floor villa with private pool (24/7). Wonderful view from terrace towards the sea, village Sumartin, island of Hvar, Peljesac peninsula and mountain Biokovo. True beauty.

Property (8+4) contains two apartments, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, one toilet, vast terrace, pool, and balcony. 200 meters from nearest beach, 250 meters from the center of Sumartin. Parking and BBQ available.

In Sumartin, one can find restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets, ATM, beaches, little marina, ferry port, bus station, taxi service, rent-a-scooter. Security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash at arrival and is refundable at check-out.
