Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your continued loyalty to The Cottages of Romar over the past eight years. We’re very sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet the standard you’ve come to expect. One of the largest music festivals took place during your visit, and we understand how disruptive noise can be. We regret that other guests' behavior impacted your stay. While we can't manage the behavior of other guests, we always encourage prompt communication during your visit so we can offer assistance or involve the appropriate authorities if needed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the home and any missing or broken supplies. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing these concerns with our team to ensure everything is in top condition moving forward. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a more restful and enjoyable stay.
