The spacious property features a heated pool (for $35 a day if requested), an 8-person hot tub, and a custom pergola with a deck, ideal for outdoor entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventure.

Inside, you'll find a chef’s kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including a microwave, air fryer, cookware, Keurig, and espresso machine – perfect for preparing meals and drinks to enjoy with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens), 2.5 baths, and an additional 6 queen beds.

Enjoy modern comforts with 8 smart TVs, high-speed internet, and an assortment of board games and corn hole for endless entertainment. For those seeking fitness and relaxation, the heated garage gym features and a sauna. There are outdoor cameras on the front and back of the property to ensure your stafety.

Located just minutes from Purdue University and I-65, this serene retreat is perfect for large groups looking for a peaceful and private escape, while still being close to local attractions. Please note, the pool is closed for winter starting around October 23rd and will reopen Memorial Day (weather permitting).

Really great space for a weekend with friends in Lafayette. The host was gracious enough to allow us to hold our wedding rehearsal dinner there and the gorgeous interior was the perfect spot for the bridal party to get ready the next day and backdrop for getting ready photos. Everything was clean, bright and beautiful and we appreciated the accommodations to make our weekend perfect!

Beautiful property. Very relaxing to sit in the gazebo in the early morning with a cup of coffee just absorbing the view of the backyard. We were here for my son’s wedding and everyone enjoyed the house and pool. Would be our number one pick next time we are in Lafayette.

The house was fantastic! It was everything the pictures showed. The only negative point I would make was that many other Vrbo‘s that I have stayed in have stocked pantries with condiments, cooking supplies seasonings, etc. There were none here. I just think that it should be clarified in the listing that you need to bring items with you when you rent this home. Otherwise, we had a great time, the pool and brand new hot tub were fantastic and the home itself was perfect.

Lots of room, very nice decor, and beds were very comfortable. Very convenient location to Perdue. There is some traffic noise since fairly close to interstate and on a somewhat busy county road, but not a real issue. The pool was great, lots of pool floats. etc, and the electric cover was extremely easy to operate. The host quickly responded to any questions we had.

This property is amazing. We had a great time. So much space. 20 people can stay here and not be on top of one another. The outdoor spaces are amazing as well. The pool was a perfect temp and very clean. We used the grill and outdoor dining areas also. The kitchen was very well furnished. The fridge and freezer are very large to accommodate large groups. Additional drink fridge in kitchen and garage fridge were nice to have but not needed for our group. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply with questions. We will definitely use this property again for our large family gatherings.

This property was a delightful! Our family absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay. There was so much room and so many things to do while getting snowed in...puzzles, games, workout facility and a great kitchen for cooking! Would love to stay again in the summer to enjoy the pool and patio.

Property was easy to get to and a good location. The size was perfect for our group with plenty of room. We visited in May and the outside had not been cleaned up after winter. Although the weather was nice we weren’t able to use the outdoor space as we would have liked even after doing some cleaning up of our own. Also Christmas decorations were still up inside. Not a big deal but was a little odd.

Exactly as pictured, very spacious, and filled with many sleeping options! Equipped with all of the necessary towels, soaps, and kitchen utensils needed. Owner is very responsive, and had the place decorated for Christmas which we loved!

Everything was amazing! The house has a beautiful, modern design and is very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is available in the home. The place was extremely clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.
