Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all linens in the primary bath tub.
Ensure boat lift remote is returned to kitchen drawer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The number of guests on the reservation are the number of guests allowed on property. No parking on the grass or outside of the gated area. No pets!
Quiet hours are 12:00am - 6:00am. No smoking in or on the property, period. $750 cleaning fee if smoking in or on the property is suspected. No pets!
Do not enter adjoining properties or use their boat slips. Do not attempt to move/unplug/cover cameras or Ring. Your reservation will be terminated.

We had a wonderful time! We were 4 couples that cruise together. The house was beautiful and was fully furnished. There was nothing missing!!!! Only thing, not in operation, was the stove downstairs. It would have been nice to have that, in working condition, but we cooked upstairs. The gas had been cut off to it, as it had caused safety issues with doors left open and pilot light being blown out. Beautiful home, great location, great host, so much to do.

What a surprise when we arrived with Christmas tree and decorations put up for our family Christmas gathering after Christmas and for New Years! I can’t say enough how much we appreciated all of the special touches upon our arrival not to mention the personal tour from Jennifer. The home is beautiful with lots of space to spread out and the outdoor accommodations are fantastic. It is all super clean and well cared for. We will definitely return. Everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend this property. Everything was just as perfect as the pictures showed. Each room was well stocked and clean. I cannot say enough positive things about the host, Nan. She was attentive and made the check in process so easy. The fishing and kayaking were fabulous the.downstairs basement was a great entertaining area. Lots to do. We will definitely be back.

From booking to checkout this was an exceptional experience. Nan was communicative, kind, and helpful with any questions. The home & property are both beautiful and immaculate! All of the outdoor areas were clean and fresh, no spider webs or debris, just a relaxing enjoyable space to spend time with family. Nan went far beyond being accommodating, it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend that loved us dearly and put a lot of thought and care into making sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed, as well as a few sweet surprises. She does hospitality on a very high level, and set a new standard for a rental property. We’ve never been so pleased with a stay, and we’re thankful we got to make some sweet memories at the Grand Mamou - Caddo Lake!
