Escape to this welcoming guesthouse in picturesque Palm Harbor. This cozy retreat offers a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom washer and dryer included, guests will feel right at home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Located in the heart of Ozona you can walk to some of the best restaurants in town such as Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, Ozona Brewing and more. Pinellas Trail is a 5 min walk. Honeymoon Island State Park is less than a 10 min drive. This is a guesthouse, that’s attached to the main house but it’s totally private. Access is through the backyard. Bedroom and bathroom have AC, living room and kitchen have fans. Guesthouse is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer etc.

The layout of the unit is less than desirable. There is no control of the AC. The shower is very tight.

Great stay!

The check-in process was super easy and the guest quarters were great. Host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Quaint place close to great area

True to the listing this is a guest house that does not have air conditioning in the kitchen or living room area so in summer this is very warm. the bedroom and bathroom are air conditioned. It has the basics but bring your own phone chargers and toiletries. The location is nice and close to restaurants and the beach. Close to the Pinellas trail and is in a safe area. the only reason I gave a lower rating for the check in process was because the previous renter left late and we were not able to check in until 5:45 pm due to that.

It’s very dark when entering the backyard at night. Also, they have a trashcan set up in front of the gate to enter the portion where they door to get into the listing is. We also found that some of the outlets didn’t work and a lot of the others are impeded by furniture, specifically in the bedroom.The yard also looks nothing like the pictures. There was a large amount of debris and overgrowth.We have generally had good luck with Vrbo and other rental services that are not hotels. I likely wouldn’t stay here again.The fridge also had food from the previous tenants and the freezer had unfinished frozen desserts that had spoons in them.
