One parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage. Plenty of street parking for other guests. Please note, a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be included in all payments. A $300 security deposit will be placed as a credit card hold at check-in and released within 2 days after checkout, assuming no damages or excessive cleaning are required. ### House Rules for Guests
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
1. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility; we`ll accommodate you if possible.
2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other smoking devices.
3. **No Pets:** To ensure the comfort of all our guests, unregistered pets are not allowed. Two registered pets are welcome. Please let me know if your pet needs anything special to feel at home.
4. **No Parties or Events:** Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood. To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, loud music, or events.
5. **Noise Level:** Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11 PM and 7 AM, to not disturb our neighbors.
6. **Occupancy:** The number of guests is limited to the number stated in your reservation. Visitors are allowed but should not stay overnight.
7. **Safety and Security:** Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you`re not in the property. Do not share the access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking.
8. **Cleanliness and Tidiness:** Please maintain the cleanliness of the house during your stay. We offer cleaning services ranging from $220 to $300.
9. **Damages:** Guests are responsible for any damages they cause during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages immediately.
10. **Respect the Property:** Treat the home with care and respect, as if it were your own. Please do not remove or move any items within or from the property.
11. **Energy Saving:** Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use or leaving the house.
12. **Parking** One parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage. Plenty of street parking for other guests. Cars blocking the left driveway could be towed.

The rental was in a great location not far from downtown and very clean and modern. Only drawback was entertainment/TV availability in main seating area.
House was clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The one thing I would mention there are lots of stairs for anyone that doesn’t like to climb.
The host Matt is very communicative. He made sure that our stay was going good. The house was amazing! We had 9 family members in the house and we all had our own space. The house was very clean.
This property is great. The photos are accurate and the place is very spacious. We had 3 couples. While it is across the river, it is a tremendous value. Matt is ian excellent host and communicated with us via email and direct phone calls. The property is in a quiet neighborhood across from an elementary school.
