The home is very well located and very clean and inviting. Lots of great light and space for small to medium-sized families with kids. Nicely stocked and thoughtful as far as all things groups would need for the stay. The pool is a great size and the neighborhood is just perfect for outside of touristy stuff while close enough to great beaches on the island. The new C-Mart is also close and so much better for shopping than most others around. Great customer service and responsiveness! You’ll love it!

The only thing with this property is two dog that try to bite me in the building belong to one of maintenance

This property was amazing. Condo was just the right size for the 2 of us. Very modern. The staff that works the building and surrounding grounds are very hard working and friendly. The buliding always looked and smelled amazing. The infinity pool was very relaxing when you wanted to cool off and not be in the ocean. We traveled the entire island and honestly our favorite sunset was from the pool with a drink in hand. Iris was our host and she made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. She was also very helpful with any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay. It was great to arrange our rental car through this hotel with easy pick up and drop off from the airport. The property was clean and peaceful. The kitchenette was minimally stocked, but the person at the desk helped us get what we needed. The outside lights were bright and on all night. We bought foil and tape to cover the etched windows on the door to block the light at night. The people working there were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to beaches and restaurants

We really enjoyed this stay and already booked again next year! Here's why: HOUSE: Clean, newly updated, spacious and comfortable. Great showers and beds, huge closet space and a brand new kitchen. The high ceilings make it feel even bigger. We spent most of our time outside on the large, covered patio. The outdoor couch/chairs are comfy and the overhead fans were great. The outdoor dining table is the only table to eat on and the chairs are very low so we needed to put pillows on the seats. POOL: The pool is huge with a saltwater system which keeps it crystal clear without that chlorine smell. We used the rafts, pool noodles and comfortable lounge chairs daily. Incredibly relaxing and comfortable. PROPERTY: The fully enclosed property with locked gates is pristine and beautiful with lush, flowering trees and bushes. Beautiful hummingbirds and wild parakeets come to visit. LOCATION: Safe, quiet neighborhood with professionals/families within 15 min of Aruba's best beaches and restaurants. Not crowded like the hotel zone and we definitely felt like locals. We did hear all of the planes taking off at the nearby airport but the sound only lasts 30 seconds each time. Planes take off throughout the day with one or two going between 7-9pm. SUPPLIES: Property came with pool towels and beach chairs that were easy to transport. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. We loved the place, it was perfect for the 2 of us to get away to Aruba. We are not much on the resort life and enjoyed many of the local beaches, cooked many of our own meals enjoying the local fish, etc. in the kitchen. The property is comfortable and well maintained. The owner was out of town, but Martina was there to greet us when we arrived and offered help with our laundry or anything else we needed. We loved the location being close to the center of the City, but also close to the water. We had a great stay and enjoyes all aspects of our trip.
