The condo offers a wide range of amenities for guests, including a Keurig coffee maker with k-cups/stainless steel appliances/equipped to make a home cooked meal (sans cooking oil), toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, pool towels, and a walk-in closet with extra bedding. Sleeping Accommodations- Downstairs bedroom: Queen over Queen bunk | Living room: King sleeper sofa | Upstairs bedroom: King bed.

You can also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with detergent included, as well as on-site security for added peace of mind. Access to the entire unit is granted, excluding the owner`s supply closet. The heated outdoor pool boasts loungers and cabanas and is open from March to October between 7am and 10pm. A courtyard with fire pits, an outdoor gas grill and kitchen area, and a ping pong table on the pool deck provide additional recreational options. The condo also features a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton equipment, a workspace, and a community lounge.

If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for your stay. Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
