Hephzibah in "The Land"

Take it easy at this rustic modern getaway, that sleeps up to 7 registered guests ($10 for each extra guest per night after first registered guest).

Located near North Fork lake in the rolling hills of the Ozarks... In the back is a private area fora campfire with benches, a picnic table, and charcoal grill.

Enjoy fishing on the White River, or hunting or bike riding in the national forest. What ever you decide to do, this is a wonderful quiet place to relax.

Room for your boat too!

Hephzibah is a 3 bed room 2 bath 2021 mobile home nestled on a quiet hills on the border of Izard county and Baxter County in Calico Rock AR. Only 5 miles from Norfork lake and 8 miles from Downtown Calico Rock, and the White River.

It has 1 king size bed, a bunk bed with a top twin bunk, and a double bed on bottom, and a double bed in the third bedroom.

An extra twin mattress or a double air mattress can be added if requested ahead of time.

Guest have access to the front porch and the back yard area, and BBQ area with a fire pit.

If you have any special needs please let me know, so I can try to accommodate as much as possible.

If extras are needed such as an extra mattress or pillows etc please let me know ahead of time.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Put all used towels in the clothes hamper. Leave all used beds unmade, no need to strip their. Make sure all trash is bagged and in the large trash can outside. Wash and put away all used dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
