Hi, my name is John, and I live near Palm Springs, CA. I am now retired, and my wife and I enjoy traveling and playing pickleball. The court area by the unit has recently been resurfaced and now has both tennis and pickleball courts along with shuffleboard.
We visit the unit once a year in Sept/Oct to check on it and to make sure that everything is functional and working along with performing any upgrades that might be required. We are very proud of how the unit looks and trust that you will agree.

The unit is only a couple of minutes walk from the amazing beach where you will experience the clear emerald gulf waters. There is a beach service where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. You can bring your own of course but no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.
In addition, you will be within walking distance of shops and restaurants with plenty of other attractions such as golf, paragliding and deep-sea fishing in the gulf an easy car ride away. You can fish from the shore as well. The complex also has a freshwater lake where you can fish on a catch and release basis.

The unit is only two stories so there are no elevators or stairs to climb to gain access. Parking is immediately outside the front door with a pool and a kiddies' paddling pool next door.
