Cabin was clean. A little disappointed as there were no wash clothes, we had to furnish our own toilet paper and there was a cleaning rag and bottle of windex lying on top of the clean towels in the bathroom. Instructions specific to the cabin and instructions by property management were conflicting. We enjoyed our stay, regardless. Would recommend having games available for use.

The property was not bad. Close to town and Brown County State Park. The hot tub and fire pit was great. The cabin is in need of some inside repairs. It also needs more pots and pans. The selection is very few and what they do have is not in very good shape. I would stay there but bring food that doesn't need cooked. I brought already prepared food, but it still stuck to the pan, so made it hard to warm up. My husband tried frying bacon and eggs, and even the bacon stuck.

Last minute rental

The week before Independence Day, no rentals ANYWHERE. Emergency trip to see my dying father. I finally ran into this cabin. They were VERY accommodating, very nice and understanding. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The YARD was great! I did have a small issue about the bedding sheets missing. Nikki was AMAZING, on it right away. I swear she was there within 15 minutes. She was delightful and boy did I need that. Thank you NIKKI! I HIGHLY recommend this company to rent from. I would do it again.

The biggest issue we had with the property was the cleanliness or rather, lack of. The floors were filthy, leaving clean feet black in minutes.There were spider webs and spiders along the ceiling. Crumbs or debris from other tenants under tables and furniture. No skillet or frying pan, no toaster, only one set of kitchen towels and dishcloth. No instructions whatsoever for the hot tub. This was a special weekend that was supposed to be memorable and it will be for reasons we'd rather not remember
