The Kingfisher House - 4 bed, 2-1/2 Bath Victorian
Enjoy staying in this updated 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom Victorian in a quiet residential neighborhood. Kitchen, living room, dining room, ½ bath, Master suite (queen bed) with full bathroom and laundry room on main level. Three bedrooms (queen, double and a twin bed) and a bathroom upstairs. Centrally located; 2 miles to Malstrom AFB, 2 miles to Benefis Hospital, 3 miles to Montana State University, 3 miles to Downtown and 4 miles to the Calumet Refinery.
1. Garbage cans are the large City of GF cans in the ally.
2. Please wash the sheets and towels only before departure.
3. Don't overload the washing machine. Three sets of sheets max or 1 load of towels.
4. No smoking of any substance in the house. An extra night could be charged for smoke remediation.
5. No parties.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
