When we arrived at the Villa, there was a massage going on our dinning table. Everyone from the complex can access the villa, there is absolutely no privacy.
We had to fight with the front desk to get our private pool (which is normally shared between 3 villas)
Forget the kitchen, it is basically a 2m² part of the villa, with a cooking table and a sink which is almost unusable by its ridiculous size. At least, you get a fridge. We also had to fight to get cooking ustensiles such as pans, glasses, plates,... The kitchen was totally empty.
The rooms are good, just a bit noisy because of the animals/insect living in the rice paddies (as you can expect in Bali, so no big deal). Each room is coming with a bathroom, of various size. Be carefull, toilets get stuck easily.
Let's talk about the service. If you request something, you better ask way in advance. Staff is friendly, but very slow. Food is tasteless (from the restaurant) and avoid the breakfast; 40000 rupiahs for a piece of bread,a tea and a juice is not worth it.
If you made the mistake to book this villa, do not hesitate to bargain everything (we requested a potable water fountain (which should be the minimum service) which was charged 25000. We had it for free after bargaining a bit)
When we left, we had a small discussion with the front desk staff (we never met the manager). We asked for a 10% discount on our dinner and breakfast. We finally got 5%.
Agung never answered when we sollicitate him 1 day before arriving at the villa (we thought of a scam), use the whatsapp number as it lead to the front desk.
After that, the full complex is nice, the 50m pool is really beautiful. But overall, it doesnt worth the price at all.
