Completamente actualizado en otoño de 2013- Hogar lejos del hogar- el alquiler de vacaciones 202 es un condominio en el segundo piso. Sala y comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, dos habitaciones con dos baños completos. Amplio y luminoso con balcón privado frente al Golfo con vista a la playa. Televisores de pantalla plana con cable de color en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones. (Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana y teclado musical en el segundo dormitorio aún no se muestra. Nuevas fotos próximamente!) El propietario solicita no fumar. A poca distancia de la fabulosa y pintoresca Johns Pass Village. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, visitas turísticas, alquiler de botes y más. Lavandería con monedas en las instalaciones.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was well stocked; the best I have stayed in. Parking was a breeze with some undercover spots on a first come basis. Security codes for safety purposes. Everyone's preferences are different and I thought the couch was uncomfortable. If there had been a broom and dust pan in the unit I would have swept before I left which would have made me feel better. However, there was a sweeper. I like a quick grab a broom. Really close to John's Pass which was nice for a quick stroll. Saw some dolphins from our balcony.I would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo met our expectations. It condo was clean and the kitchen was very nice and had all the things we needed. Bathrooms are nice but the master bath faucet needs to be replaced and the sink drained slow. The living room furniture and outdoor furniture is getting dated and needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was clean, kitchen was great, beds were comfortable and it met our expectations and would consider staying there again.

Would not rent #202 Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed with condo #202 in Sea Breeze complex. Needs a complete renovation. Felt dirty, chipped paint on balcony doors, only 1 wine glass and 1 bourbon , not enough dishes, only little bar soap for toiletries, furniture old and uncomfortable, bathtub bottom slipprry(almost fell twice. Just not a very nice experience. The whole complex is paid laundry facilities. Not convenient. The location was great but that’s all I can say in its favor. JC resorts should have a long talk with the owner of #202.Mot a pleasant t time. Stayed in less expensive condos that were a lot nicer and better amenities.

We have stayed at a number of condos in madiera beach but most of the time we stayed at sea breeze. This time was the best time we’ve had. We got one condo for my son and his family and one for myself and my husband and my daughter and her family. Everyone had a wonderful time.and sea breeze is a 10 minute walk to johns pass that has many restaurants and shops We are planning on another trip next year because my other daughter was unable to go because she missed a lot work when she had a baby

Condo location is great. Interior updates are needed. Bathrooms need to be cleaned a bit better.

Loved our stay! Beach is awesome! Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo just needs some updates and a bit better cleaning.

Great property and location

We love Seabreeze Condominiums. The property was wonderful. The pictures of this condo were very accurate, but it’s much more spacious in real life. The kitchen was a great size and easy to work in. The view was fantastic and we saw dolphins from the room.

Great location- Condo Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay however their were a few “why is this here/not here?” moments with the main reason being we have small children with small hands that must explore ALL the things. Great location and overall what we were looking for as well as was was listed. Things we were not expecting: only one spare blanket for the entire condo (not helpful with 2 young children), a broken vacuum with a note on it that it had been reported already (also not helpful with kids), extra tiles stacked in the master closet that were only covered by a small rug, a piece of another bed with a screw exposed under another bed (not sure where it belonged- kids found it and were playing with it), random screws left on the kitchen island( again- kids), and very literally the worst mattress my husband and I have ever slept on in the Master bedroom (single bed room)- he actually willingly slept on the couch because the bed was so awful. We’ll both be visiting the chiropractor for adjustments now that we’re home. Please replace that mattresses! 😩

Paid too much for not to have essentials

The first morning there, my youngest got sick. There wasn't any extra sheets or the first thing to clean with. I had to purchase two sets of sheets and blankets due to my oldest getting sick as well. I also had to purchase cleaning supplies and spent $25 for washing and drying. I personal feel like for what I paid to stay, they should at least have the essentials! I did leave the extra sheets and cleaning supplies, for the future guest. No, we will not be returning to this condo.

The condo was on Madeira Beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and stocked with clean bath towels. Also, the JC resort management staff were very helpful and friendly when I called with questions.We will be renting through JC Resort Management in the future and also recommend them to friends and family.
