Lit king size dans la chambre plus un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Le salon et la chambre ont tous les deux une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Internet gratuit par cĂąble et Wi-Fi. Un laissez-passer de stationnement fourni (un deuxiĂšme laissez-passer peut ĂȘtre disponible sur demande).

Sea Breeze est situé directement sur la plage avec accÚs à la plage privée. La grande terrasse de la piscine avec jacuzzi est en front de mer. L'établissement propose également un espace barbecue avec des tables de pique-nique, un terrain de pétanque et des cabanes en tiki. Buanderie disponible aux 4Úme et 7Úme étages. Empty nester Vacation

Condo was more than lived up to expectations. Walking distance to Jon's Pass plenty of food and Ice cream in Walking distance. Nothing beats the beach and this place was perfect. Will be back

The condo was super clean and the view was awesome! Location was great with restaurants and shopping short walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Sea Breeze - just like the pictures

We had a great time at Madeira Beach. we stayed at # 305 at Sea Breeze and it is just as shown and just as listed. Meaning Awesome! View great, pool great, beach great, kitchen great, bed comfortable. Everything was just as we hoped. We will stay there again.

The room was very nice, only concerns were no smoke detectors in condo and elevator issues.The roudy group of younger guests disturbed atmosphere of sitting on balcony in evening. Great location and beautiful views of Gulf, walking distance to pass.

We had a wonderful stay and hated to come home. The view was awesome and enjoyed the stay as well as a well groomed beach and clean hot tub and pool area. The office was very friendly and helpful with the questions we had before and during our stay. What a well stocked kitchen as well.

Wow, beautiful view! Comfortable condo in every way: nice bed, nice bathroom and shower, well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, nice balcony. Great beach access, enjoyed the very nice pool. It's an easy walk to Bamboo Bar for some live music, and to the shops near John's Pass. We used Uber this time instead of renting a car. We got along fine, with rides usually less than $10 each way. (Airport was more, of course). Highly recommend!

Want to come back for the July 4th week next year. We enjoyed our stay at Caprice. The condo had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Condo was in walking distance of shopping and places to eat.

Great view, desperately need of updating

Balcony views are spectacular! However
This unit really does need some deep cleaning and updating. The exhaust fans inside are coated with dust. The bathroom vanity drawers can’t open because the door frame is in the way. The main door needs a door sweeper - you can feel the air coming in from underneath.

Room with a view

The view from the balcony was awesome! Unfortunately, we didn't have any beach towels or a drying rack for the dishes. We had plenty of beach chairs, but the cooler was Styrofoam. The ceiling fan in the dining room was wobbly and both ceiling fans had burned out light bulbs. The dresser drawers and vents were quite dusty. However, the pool area was neat and clean. Unfortunately, we had hot water on/off for three days. Maintenance was working hard but had some difficulty getting parts during a holiday weekend.

Beautiful views, beds great, clean, sturdy, nice building!

I'll keep it short, it's perfect for a couple of 2 and a kid! We had it all, gorgeous view of the ocean, breezes, Maderira Beach seems more family friendly than other spots like Treasure Island, etc, we loved it. Incredible balcony views. Dolphins playing the ocean, magical, the place was clean just 1 thing needs replaced, the toilet lid just b/c it looks old on the inside but it was still clean! These owners don't cut corners, Publix and Walmart 10 minutes away easy for all your needs and extra TP/Paper towels just in case (no more than 1 b/c they furnish). Cheers, FL beaches are so great. (We've always been Gulf side beachers) restaurants everywhere or buy fresh and cook! This is the main, best Seabreeze with 7 levels, don't be fooled by the fake "Seabreezes" where you have to walk half a mile across the busy streets 4 minute walk from elevator to beach chair, 3 minutes if you're me! :) We never had 1 issue with cable- YEAH!!

Unit #305

Very disappointed with cheapness of furnishings, broken vanity drawers, broken dresser drawer, broken ironing board that took up 1/2 closet, curled up area rug with mat underneath bunched up and stuck to floor dangerous trip hazard, front door hard to open. Overall not at all what we expected. We have stayed at Seabreeze for a month each year for 10 years never had a complaint. Would never rent this unit again.,

Anniversary trip to the beach

My wife and I booked this unit to celebrate our anniversary and a few days off from work. We wanted a Gulf-front condo with good beach access and this unit certainly provided that. Beach was very wide and sand was awesome (so was the rinse-off station coming back from the beach). View of the Gulf was great from the spacious balcony, but basic services/amenities were quite lacking for this particular unit. Upon check-in we had literally only 1 roll of toilet paper (and it wasn't even a brand new roll) so we had to go shopping on our 2nd day for toilet paper. There was no dishwasher detergent provided which made us have to hand wash all of the dishes throughout the stay. Only 1 very small bar of hand soap was provided in the bathroom and no soap/shampoo for the shower so again, more shopping. Shower drained extremely slow and left soap scum on the bottom. The bathroom vanity was installed in such a way that you could barely open the drawers without it hitting the door trim. We've rented more than a dozen condos up and down the Pinellas beaches over the past 10 years and this one was by far the least stocked of all of them. A little attention to detail and under $10 in expenses for basic amenities like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soaps/shampoo would go a long way towards improving the guest experience. Bathroom towels & washcloths could also use an upgrade - very rough. Again- a great view and fantastic beach, but some disappointments on the inside of the condo which will hopefully be addressed for the next guest.

Perfect for a 4 night stay.

Clean and well stocked condo, amazing view, lovely pool area. If you don’t have a car, be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes to John’s Pass, where all the dining/retail is located. Perfect for a long weekend.
