Taux de valeur- maison loin de la maison - location de vacances 602 - (Bronze évalué) est un condo au sixième étage. Il est propre, spacieux et en bord de mer avec un nouveau salon et des meubles de chambre principale, de la peinture fraîche et du sol de la chambre. (10/15) Lit king dans la chambre principale et 2 reines dans la 2ème chambre. Mais n'a pas certaines des mises à jour trouvées dans d'autres condos. Salon et salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres avec deux salles de bains. Lumineux et spacieux avec Gulf balcon avant privé donnant directement sur la plage. Flat Panel couleur télévision par câble dans le salon, la chambre principale, et une deuxième chambre. distance Pass Village fabuleux et pittoresque John Walking. Près des magasins, restaurants, excursions, location de bateaux, bateaux de pêche et plus encore. service Internet haute vitesse gratuit sans fil. Coin op buanderie sur place.

Great location with fabulous view.

Pool, spa, and property very clean and well-maintained. Room very spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. Walking distance to John's Pass & great restaurants.

Very nice and clean condo. I would love to rent again.

Lots of parking, clean beach, pool and hot tub. The only downside is there is no air or fan in the elevator.

Madeira Beach is always a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful location! Elevator seems improved over past years. Condo (especially kitchen) could use some updates.

Thank you, Sea Breeze does try to keep things up to date. Kitchen is older, clean and functioning, but outdated. But that is why it is rented at the bronze rate. Hope we see you again in the future!

Loved the location and security of the facility. Wished the pool & hot tub hours were a bit longer. Our unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay at Sea Breeze again.

Beautiful View!

Great location, great view! We saw dolphin every day from the balcony! Condo could use a few updates, housekeeping could've been better on the floors. Overall, we had a great stay, would stay again.

Great location. Great views!! Condo needs updated!! Kitchen could be better stocked with kitchen utensils. Toilet tank in master bathroom is broke. TV’s in bedrooms are hard to work. Maintenance worker was very nice and helpful.

Hard to complain. Maintenance is remarkable as the building is on the beach. common areas were clean and every day.. too. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment opened onto a balcony facing the Gulf and beach. The fixtures and plumbing are beyond out dated and really need attention. I was cut on my arm by a loose formica counter trim. However the entire place was remarkably clean on arrival..

Captiva cancelled

Due to Ian we had to reschedule to another area. We read the online reviews and the unit is dated. However we were able to walk to Johns Pass and restaurants. The location is fabulous and so are the views. No beach towels so bring your own. They did however have chairs to bring to the beach. The chairs and table on balcony are not at all comfortable. But we did see the pics!

Good value!

We had a great one-week stay with our 2 and 5 year old. The unit was listed as budget-friendly and that's what it was. The condo itself could use a few upgrades. The kids beds were not comfortable and the unit could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, nothing that was a deal breaker. The building itself is close to a 7 Eleven which was convenient. Walking distance to John's Pass with plenty of restaurants and fun things for the kids. The beach was amazing and the kids loved the pool. There is only one elevator and it is very slow.

The kitchen cabinets are probably original from 1982 in very bad shape. Overall, the rooms needs major upgrading. The second bedroom mattresses were very uncomfortable. The main bedroom mattress was OK and furniture in good shape. Would recommend the property but not the room

Pros: very clean, spacious property, only property I have ever stayed in where feet didn’t turn black from walking on tile floor, plenty of towels especially since there is no in condo laundry Cons: needs updating - refrigerator had black duct tape holding handle together, blender lid was falling apart, bed sheets in guest room were very scratchy, very little water pressure in guest bathroom, balcony doors were rusted. Overall, the unit was serviceable but badly needs updating
